Pest control appointment with YardDoc was very simple. John serviced very well. He was on time n covered every part of the house both inside and outside n also advised us to handle the problem. John was very friendly, helpful and professional.

Adrian and the entire team at Yard Doc are super professional, and CARING on top of that! I contacted them because we found a huge Mexican Honey Wasp nest/hive in a tree in our yard, and not only were they very reasonable in terms of pricing to remove it... but one of their staff members (Lance) ended up being able to safely relocate the entire hive to his property where several days later, the wasps are still alive in their nest! I'm so grateful to have found such an honest, caring, and professional company to help me deal with this. Thanks so much y'all!!

We needed help fixing some mechanical issues with our pool, so we reached out to YardDoc. Within an hour their pool technician, Christian, called and visited the same day to diagnose the issues. We scheduled a time for him to make the repairs, which he completed very efficiently. Christian took the time to explain his work, give us tips on maintaining the pool and found creative solutions to make our pool maintenance easier. Christian is a great communicator and is very skilled at servicing pools. Highly recommend!

John is exceptional — compassionate, professional, and truly humane.

We were dealing with multiple wild animals on our property, including raccoons and a mother possum with week-old babies in her pouch. John with YardDoc handled every step of the process with incredible care and professionalism. What really stood out was how deeply he cares about the animals — not just removing them, but making sure they were safe and relocated humanely.

He made sure the possum and her babies stayed together, took time to check for additional animals, and was patient and respectful throughout. We were nervous about the situation at first, but John made us feel confident and informed the entire time.

If you’re looking for someone who understands both wildlife and people, and treats every creature with dignity, John is the one to call. Truly grateful for his work.

YardDoc was recommended to me from our neighbors. Every summer we get mosquitos in our back yard, we decided to try their In2care mosquito program and I’m happy we did . We can finally enjoy our backyard in the evenings without getting bitten up by mosquitos. I have since signed up for pool services and Nick our pool tech has been great! It’s nice to have an all in one home service company to bundle as one . I look forward to trying out their handyman services in the future

I have been using YardDoc for my pest control services for the last 6 months. The results have been great! John is terrific. He arrives when he promises and has helped to strategize about the best solutions. I appreciate that they use the most natural products available on the market to manage my pest challenges so that we can enjoy our home and support the environment.

I 10000% change my review below that I wrote only 24 hours ago. Turns out it was just a simple misunderstanding and they went WAY WAY above and beyond to say sorry. We need more companies that care as deeply as this company does. Doing good things and probably won a customer.

Not sure what's going on with this company. A few weeks ago they were soliciting in my neighborhood, knocked on my door, told them I wasn't interested. Then at 6:30 in the morning they put a YardDoc lawn sign in my front yard. Without permission and without us ever using them. Not sure if this is a tactic to win business but I don't appreciate it.

John and Chris from the Yard Doc team backed up by Adrian in the office provided us with great customer service. They humanely, and efficiently removed 5 critters from our yard over a 3 day period and made our loft space secure to avoid future inhabitants from moving in. Yard doc are a great team John is a great guy he was our main contact through the process and is a pleasure to deal with.
