Such a great locally owned landscaping company in Austin. Owner, Kirk Slack, is wonderful to work with on all different types of jobs. From weekly lawn service to preparing a yard before listing your home, Wellspring is efficient, fairly priced and always there to help. I recommend them to clients every chance I get.

They were great in the beginning but towards the end they kept breaking and cutting my light lines. One stepped on my gravel completely smashing it and I never heard anything from them informing me they did that. I had to find out via my ring doorbell camera

So many great landscaping companies, DO NOT hire this one!!! I watched Wellspring Landscape Services workers blow leaves under and over my fence to clear out a customer's yard. When we brought them over to show the issue, they denied it and refused to address their mess. They also cussed at me while I was explaining the how their laziness damaged our fence, and began filming my partner as he asked them to leave our property. What a circus.

Edit: Sickened by the response - Particularly the insinuation that there was any sort of minority discrimination involved. I'm a Hispanic woman who was being told by two men - in a very unfriendly way - that I didn't see what I saw. Also... funny how our fence is ONLY warped TOWARDS our yard, SOLELY on the side that's serviced by this company. 🤔 Doesn't seem very natural to me, Kirk. The lies are just too many to count. You forgot to mention how they began recording AFTER refusing to leave our property when asked. Sad to know that not only were these rude men congratulated, but that they're using literal lies as a basis to educate future employees.

Jimmy and his crew with Wellspring Landscape go above and beyond on making my yard look beautiful. When they leave my yard looks like a manicured golf course. GG in the office is always helpful and answers my questions. I can tell they all take pride in their work. Thank you Wellspring!

Wellspring did an excellent job of cleaning up a very neglected front and side yards of our house. They were prompt with coming out to give an estimate, scheduling a service time, and showing up on time. Much the surprise of not only me, but our neighbors, they were quiet, cleaned up, and before we knew it, gone! Amazing - we are not the eye sore house on our block anymore

I’ve been a customer with Wellspring for over five years using an array of their services ranging from regular lawn services, tree & bush pruning, and annual mulching. Prior to engaging their services, I used three other vendors within the same amount of time. Wellsprings is simply a “Step Above The Rest.”

In retrospect, they are the BEST by way of delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction, product deliverables, and cost. Not to mention, they regularly communicate with their customers with business updates/circumstances, organizational changes, and special offers & promotions.

Most notably, Wellspring publicly recognizes employee contributions, which from a HR Professional’s perspective is not only outstanding, but unheard of within the landscaping industry. I can attest to a few of their many “A” players, such as Will (admin) & Augustine (landscaper), whom have been nothing short of stellar, professional, and truly represent the BEST of Wellsprings values over the years. I look forward to our continued partnership for many years to come!

I requested a quote for removal of dead shrubs and clean up of flowerbeds in July. They were timely in coming out to assess my yard. They told me that it would be a couple of weeks and they would email my estimate to me. It is now the end of September and still do not have a quote. I have called numerous times to follow up since July. Every time I call I am told they will text or remind the person working on the quote and that I should have it soon.

Wellspring Landscape Services is a great company to use for your bi-monthly mowing duties, trimming, blowing, cleanup and any type of yard projects that you need. I've been using Wellspring for over 5 years. They truly care for their customers. I recommend them to anyone who asks what lawn service I use.

We have been using Kirk and his team for many years. They keep our personal home looking fabulous and do make-ready for many of our Clients (who soon become regular customers, too). They are detail-oriented, work hard, show up on time and are very Customer Service-oriented. We recommend them as often as we can!

Tray did a great job, very friendly and showed up nice early and knocked it put of the park. I’d def recommend these guys for your lawn care.

Been using these guys for a few years now. Very good work, even had two neighbors start using them because my yard looked so good. In the winter, they will hire out their guys to do odd jobs for you at a discounted rate. Owner and his operations manager are very good at communicating and will meet you at your house to go over any special requests you have. Highly recommend them.

I have used Wellspring's lawn services for many years. They do a great job with my bi-weekly lawn maintenance and take care of the special items I have asked for every week. They communicate well when there are delays due to weather as well and try to accommodate when I need a special cleanup due to guests.

Don’t hire this company. They were supposed to do a diagnostic on my irrigation system and they turned everything off instead of setting the system to run properly. I was out of town and got back 2 weeks later to dead grass. They eventually took responsibility for turning it off, but didn’t offer any solution or compensation. I was stuck dealing with it. Also, they broke my patio door by hitting it with something and the glass shattered, then they tried to say it was like that when they arrived. I also have a pool and asked that they not blow grass in it since it clogs the pump and filter. I repeatedly had to call my pool guy to come out to fix the issue after they mowed. Finally, I asked for my service to be paused while I figured out if I was going to find a new company. They still kept charging me and it’s been over 6 months and still have not gotten a refund. They said it’s on credit for me to use and I don’t want to use them. They take zero responsibility for their faults and always blame it on someone or something else. Also, they contract out most the work they do.

Kirk is a genuinely good guy. He runs his company on solid ethical principals, he insists on having his crews provide excellent service, are responsive, even if we have sudden changes on something needing to be done in the yard.

Highly recommend Wellspring

We had Robert and Moses at our house for about 8 hours to trim and clean up our plant beds and an area behind our house. They were amazing! We had a list of things and I thought it would only take about 3 hours. I underestimated the amount of work we needed done. They stayed well beyond the 3 hours I requested. They worked until there wasn't much daylight left. They went above and beyond for us. Robert and Moses, thank you!! We appreciate you!

I have gone through several lawn maintenance companies and honestly this is the first time we've been truly happy with our service. It takes care of itself on a regular schedule of your choice, they are very thoroughand leave our place looking great in less than 45 minutes. If I actually have any concerns, I simply email the office staff and they are very quick to respond. They go above and beyond for customer service and they are affordable too. Keep up the good work.

We have been using their service for a couple weeks, their guys are here promptly like clock work as scheduled. Everything is taken care of beautifully. Our back yard is on a hill and a challenge to mowe but that didn’t stop them. I’ve also spoken to their office staff and had a very pleasant interaction. I’ve had landscaping companies fail me before with no shows, no notice, terrible customer service so I am extremely happy to that I found this company. Worth every penny.

If you have searched for new full service lawn care service lately you know the struggle! Wellspring was quick to respond with an initial yard clean up the following week after sign up. Dixie was a dream to work with and even did a walkthrough the morning of first service initial clean up with the team and her notes making certain they knew exactly what the expectations were. That kind of detail sets any business up for success! And what a thorough clean up, mowing, trimming, pick up, and blowing it was!! Joe and his crew went the extra mile to make sure they left the property looking immaculate. If you are looking for full service lawn care I highly recommend you give Wellspring a call.

Found them online after we moved into our new house. They were very responsive and helpful setting up our services. They have been great with our lawn maintenance and communicating with us on schedule changes, etc. Highly recommended to anyone in the south Austin area!

I first used Wellspring Landscape when I purchased a deal on Angie's List for yard clean-up. I was so impressed with their work that I have contracted with them for the last several years for my yard work. The crews do a very thorough job of mowing, edging and cleaning up afterwards. My yard has never looked so good,. I can always tell when they have been there because my yard, driveway, sidewalks and porches look so neat and clean.

We are using Wellspring for our tenant property and have relied on Augustine to estimate and schedule our one-off and regular lawn maintenance services. We now live pretty far away so I appreciate that Augustine will communicate via text message or call and that I can depend on him to give me an accurate picture of the work that needs done to maintain our property when we can’t see it ourselves.
