I was conflicted about writing this review for a while, but I'm hoping it serves to improve cleaning standards and internal communications for this company.

Of the three estimates I obtained for cleaning a newly purchased 3,000 square foot house, I picked this company due to the positive google reviews and ease of online scheduling, since the price estimates were roughly the same for move in/deep cleaning. Two people spent about 4 hours cleaning our house, but since I hadn't cleaned a house this size before, I didn't realize that amount of time was insufficient. (It takes me about 45 minutes to just vacuum this house, and for comparison, it took one person - from a different cleaning company- a full 8 hour day to clean the 2,000 square foot rental we moved out of).

When the cleaners were done, my husband and I were taken around the house to be shown the great cleaning job. Because we had so much going on with our move, I tipped the each of the cleaners about 10% of the total fee and didn't think about looking at everything or even spot checking areas not pointed out to us.

As we started moving items into the house, I began noticing some of the countertops were still dusty/dirty. I thought maybe it was just a small overlooked area. But then, I was confused as to why two of the bay windows were clean while dead insects and cobwebs were undisturbed in the third window sill, and why two doors of a cupboard were clean, while the third door was dusty and when opened, revealed the crust of an old piece of pizza laying inside?! More and more, I was finding evidence of what I consider to be poor cleaning, or rather, just not cleaned. I thought I would just let it slide, but as me and my 74 year old mother, who was supposed to be visiting us to see our new house, were sweating as we cleaned the house so we could move our stuff in, I was less and less willing to give the benefit of the doubt.

I admit that I should have taken more time to thoroughly go through the house and check everything. I don't know if the cleaner who showed me around the house afterwards intentionally pointed out only the clean areas or if she was simply unaware of the other cleaner not doing the job. Again, I don't think 2 people cleaning for 4 hours was sufficient for this house anyway. I didn't contact the company to complain, because I assume they would have just sent someone to come out and clean again, which I didn't have confidence in.

The best cleaning company in the Austin area, tried couple different ones, Prime cleaning did a great job. Also they said if you 100% satisfied they will send the cleaners back till you’re satisfied, but definitely didn’t need.

Prime Cleaning Texas did a move-out clean for us -- they gave great attention to detail and their prices are quite fair & reasonable. This is a locally owned and managed company, and unlike some of the bigger cleaning companies out there, you will interact with real humans from beginnging to end. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with.

This company does amazing work. They left our toilet paper with cute little bows on it, and all of our towels were either folded up cute or hung up cute. They really went above and beyond we did a basic clean and I feel like we did a deep clean Because of the amount of detail they used while cleaning. We will definitely be using y’all in the future thank you so very much for helping us out!

I was driving to my 100 year old Grandmas house and stressed about how we were going to get rid of her old chair off her back porch. Saw their truck and called them. They followed me over to her house and were so friendly and professional. They removed it and we were beyond grateful. Sweet and personable family run business and they were so accommodating. Would highly recommend this family run business to anyone. They took the stress and hassle out fast!

Highly recommend JunkGuys Austin. They were quick to reply to my online request for junk removal. Got a fast estimate after providing photos of what I needed removed. They arrived on time were very polite and quickly got to work. The area was left clear of junk which is exactly what I wanted. Outstanding experience!! I would use again. I had a large upright freezer that was too big to go out the nearest kitchen entryway. But the two JunkGuys were able to pull it out of its cubbyhole, put it on a roller board, navigate through the far entry and take it out to their truck. They came back in and swept up the 20 years of dust bunnies and grime.

The JunkGuys came out the same day and provided professional service at a fair price. They were in and out in no time. Thank you JunkGuys for taking great care of us!

This is my second time using this company. They totally understood the assignment. The owner, Mr. Marquez, and his co-laborer did an amazing job. Together they worked hard as a team and got the job done in a timely fashion. I was so impressed.

The quality of their work, bar none was A-1. Mr. Marquez is a true leader and knows his business. He & his co-laborer took the stress off my mind & shoulders and loaded it onto the trailer and drove it right on out of here.
