This place gave me a window of 3-5 and told me the plumber would come at 1 pm and I said nobody would be able to be there, we rescheduled for one day later and they said the same thing. Why do they schedule you for these timeframes and then they can’t do it? Bad communication, bad service.

Doody Calls is the best! They are always on time and extremely thorough. Have never had our back gate left open, like we've experienced with other companies. Highly recommend them.

Note: I don't use their services as an individual, they service our condos poop bags and trash cans

It's pretty common that the poop bags don't get refilled at all. Three slots for bags in one dispenser, yet zero bags. Half the time when this happens, the next time they will just refill one of the slots. So then it happens all over again as the whole community is pulling from there.

I've only been using Doody Calls for a few weeks, which was a mostly satisfactory service. For the last service date, they didn't show up, didn't text or call. I called the main tel # twice the next day to request service for the week. No response from the local office (which services zip code 78734). So, cancelling the service.
