While on vacation, I was alerted by a neighbor that my yard was flooded. I immediately called AIR assuming it was my sprinkler system. They responded immediately and turned off my water and accessed the situation. After digging up where the leak was located it was determined that it wasn't the sprinkler and was a main home line. I called a plumber, and it took several hours for them to respond to fix the issue. But since AIR responded so quickly, they probably saved 1000's of gallons of water. Thank you, AIC for the help and quick response.

Juan M. Was very helpful and professional, making sure my irrigation system was set properly for the upcoming winter and that none of the irrigation heads were broken. There was as no charge for the visit since I have a maintenance contract.

Carlos and Olegario were timely in their visit to my home. They both explained the details of the issue and provided a timely solution to fix the leak. American Irrigation is lucky to have both Carlos and Olegario on their team.

I have been with American Irrigation Repair for over 5 years. I absolutely love the care they take in my irrigation system. The service is great and they don't try to upsale you on things you don't need.

They were on time and courteous. However, the visit was a bit confusing. We knew it was most likely a problem with the module we had just replaced. The technician insisted it was the wrong part , even though it was an exact replacement of the one that went bad. It was the same model number, etc. He was able to get it to work (yay!), but if it was the wrong part, why was it now working?.

I had a broken sprinkler pipe where it connected to one of the sprinkler heads. It was more than I wanted to take on so I called American Irrigation Repair and they had someone at my house 30 minutes later and fixed the pipe. I am grateful for the QUICK and excellent service the provided.

A broken leaking line was detected on a Friday late afternoon coming from the main street line to the sprinkler section. I contacted American Irrigation near 6 PM on a Friday and there was a team at the house Saturday morning at 8:30 to correct the situation.
Everything was done in a very efficient and satisfactory manner. I would use this team again for future services.

What a great team. Had a problem and Tracy sent Joaquin who was an absolute irrigation wizard! Found the problems (there was more than one), and offered solutions. Fixed the ones that were immediately pressing.

Need new sprinkler system. Really understood my needs and quoted quickly. Very professional. One big issue I have is timing and communication between office and workers. They arrived 2 1/2 hours later than the office had scheduled. I had to make multiple calls. They did not inform me of the delay.

They showed up early and found the problem right away. The irrigation leak wasn't where I expected it to be and I would have never thought of looking where they did. Their repair did the trick! Would have given them 5-stars except I had to use my old Spanish to ease the job. One of the workers did speak English but it was easier for me to speak Spanish. Still, they were GREAT, the price was very reasonable, and I would use them again in an instant. Thanks!

The team showed up on time, analyzed my system which hadn't been serviced in years, and carefully walked me through options for repair and preventative maintenance. It was a great experience and I'll continue to use them for all future needs.

The crew from American Irrigation Repair were great! Joaquin, Pepe and Moises quickly figured out a way to repair a broken irrigation line that was wrapped in SOLID tree roots. Not an easy fix but they handled it superbly and efficiently! They also did a thorough job cleaning up after, which was very appreciated. And they came out on a Saturday afternoon when every other company couldn't or wouldn't. I was very impressed and will call them again if I ever have sprinkler repair issues!

Been using American Irrigation for many years. Great company and professional employees. Thank you guys. And you to Lupe! The repairman found there was no issue at all with our sprinkler system. Was here no more than 10 or 15 minutes. He said I'm not going to charge you as I didn't do any repairs. Everything was working OK. He said the office might but said he wouldn't. Not Sure on rating the price paid as I was not charged by the repair technician and based on what he said.

We've been using American Irrigation for over 15 years to service and repair our Rainbird sprinkler system. We pay for their annual club membership to get 2 free tune-ups each year, club price discounts for parts and service, and priority response for service calls. They've always been professional and thorough in the service they've provided. There may be lower-cost providers available, but for the value provided, I think they are the best. I highly recommend American Irrigation.
