The gentlemen who came out and fixed me up were fantastic. I had been dreading getting repairs done and finally bit the bullet, and though no one likes unexpected irrigation repair, I cannot overstate how positive of an experience it was. Amazing service and folks, and fantastic pricing- literally a fraction of ny other quotes. Thanks American, yall are my go-to’s now.

They arrived and went straight to work. Juan’s diagnosis was dead on. The system was a mess when they got here, they got it going very quickly. Juan communicated all along the way, which gave me a great deal of confidence. I will definitely request him personally for my next sprinkler checkup or issue. Great Job!

They came out on the same day that I called, and were so helpful and friendly. I stopped using my irrigation system years ago, didn't want to use it anymore, but it was leaking. It was fixed right away. Highly recommend them!

Fast and Exceptional Service! I called for emergent incident. Lawn man broke an irrigation pipe. They came out after hours to fix the broken irrigation pipe, and replaced with new pipe and restored my water. Thank you.

We started with American Irrigation last year after moving in, and it has been an amazing experience. By becoming a club member, we got to have our six month check up scheduled and completed. Upon our year, same results, we were scheduled quickly. Santiago and his partner got to work. They addressed a concern I had and I am happy to say that I am a lifelong customer. I definitely have and will continue to recommend American Irrigation.

My very positive experience started with scheduling my irrigation system inspection with Lizzette. She kept me updated with the technicians schedule with the customer before me. I like knowing that they consider everyone when scheduling inspections and maintenance. Juan and Adrian were very professional and informative with my inspection. They are not concerned about upselling. They care about what I need and were honest. I am happy with American Irrigation and highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work with honest and trustworthy employees.

I’ve been contracting with American Irrigation for over 10 years now, and while, periodically, I have had others do minor sprinkler repairs, I always come back to American irrigation for any big jobs and to ensure that it’s done right. Not only do they provide a high quality of professional service, the staff is extremely friendly as well. Whether it be Veronica or others who manage calls and appointments, or the crew who comes out to do the work, they are always extremely attentive, courteous, and efficient. Most recently, I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Joaquin and Jose on a few occasions. They came out a few months ago for a complete system check up, as well as made a few repairs and replacements of heads. While there was a more “pricey” proposal to update many of the heads which are original - 20, or at least 10 years old and not as efficient or “water wise” as new models, upon discussion with Joaquin, It was determined that I could focus on replacing just a few few critical heads, and adjust or make minor repairs to the other others. Thus saving quite a bit of money. I did sign up for the “club” which made sense, considering that the cost was close to what I would pay for the regularly scheduled tuneups that I need to do anyway and also provided for a discount on repairs and more. In fact, I just had them come out today to do a minor adjustment – check one of my zones as the grass was not doing well in that area Turns out the issue is “user error”… I need to increase my watering time. No charge assessed for the visit.
OK, enough for now, you get the idea. There’s a reason they have over 2000 reviews and a 4.9 star rating. And no, I’m not being paid to write this review nor do any of my family or friends work for them. I just think it’s good practice to commend those companies that are doing a stellar job just as often as we like to share our negative impressions when companies don’t perform to our expectations.

Joaquin and Pepe are great technicians. They have done multiple jobs for us. In July 2025, they repaired irrigation pvc and drip system punctures caused by a negligent landscaper in an efficient, undetectable manner allowing us to finish our landscape upgrade on time.

Last week we had a 3200 gallon leak that transpired over a period of 27 hours (inside the drip irrigation zone). We did not learn of the leak until our neighbors alerted us. We later discovered that although the controller and mobile devices were telling us the system was off, the solenoid valve mechanism failed and Hunter sprinklers (basic system won’t alert you).

Pepe and Joaquin rebuilt the solenoid valve and now the system seems to be operating normally. Time will tell, but we feel secure about our system working reliably, once again.

We received a six-month warranty for the repair. Our irrigation system is just over three years old and we are shocked to learn about the pre-mature failure of the solenoid valve mechanism.

We recommend American Irrigation for quality work and fair pricing.

I called American Irrigation Repair because we had a leak that was costing us large CoA water bills. No one identified our problem until Joel and Kevin found it. And then they stayed late to repair it and returned the next day, Sunday, their day off, to finish the work. They reflected a work ethic and commitment to customer service that I experienced from the moment my call was received to the follow up after the work was done. They were phenomenal and I recommend them very highly.

American Irrigation did a great job coming out quickly and repairing damage from a lightening storm. We truly appreciate their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work! Highly recommend!

I want to give a shout out to the crew, from Sean to Joaquin S, Veronica C, Honorato R and Antoni U. Sean was great he took the time to explain details during the initial walk through and was the first one there when it was day of installation answering any of my questions. When this amazing crew of Joaquin S, Veronica, Honorato and Antoni arrived, I was so impressed with how they came in with the equipment and energy needed to do the job correctly and efficiently. They were very professional in making sure the surroundings were set up appropriately so they can begin their work. The area was left clean each day and they arrived as they said they would the next day to complete the job. I really appreciated the suggestions they gave on how to keep up the system and step by step tutorial. All in all it was the dedication and commitment to me as a customer that really stood out. This was even from talking to Veronica and the others at the office. Your website describes how you all are a family and treat your customers as such, I really felt that. Thanks.

I requested a quote to expand my existing sprinkler system and unfortunately the experience left me a bit disappointed overall. In the confirmation email, there was mention of a $125 tune-up fee, but it was buried deep within a long block of narrative text and not made obvious upfront. I only realized this later, which felt somewhat misleading.

When the technician arrived, I clearly stated that I did not want a tune-up. I was only looking for a quote. If a tune-up was required in order to provide that quote, when I said I didn't want a tune up the entire visit should have ended right there.

To their credit, they did handle the situation professionally. The technicians themselves were courteous, professional, and easy to work with. We ultimately landed on a compromise of a $79 service charge for the visit, which I appreciated.

My recommendation to anyone considering them would be to read all incoming emails and confirmations from them very carefully so there are no surprises. Because of the communication issues, I personally wouldn’t recommend them, even though the staff themselves were professional.

These guys are the best! I requested these two by name (Augustin & Wilfredo) because I was so pleased with my service over a year ago. They explain everything thoroughly and their work is impeccable! They are extremely kind and accommodating! They went above and beyond to make sure I was content!

Arborist Will and his team did beautiful, affordable work on our property today, long after droughts, freezes and time did a number on our oaks, cedars and other trees. Whatever looked dead or a fire hazard has been expertly and carefully pruned or removed, leaving everything else to thrive. They did some other requested trimming, gutter blowing and were very careful with outdoor furniture and plants. His price was very fair. Highly recommended.

Absolute robbery. DO NOT TRUST THEM. We hired them to take care of of some rats in our attic, they charged us $1000 and killed 2 rats, then told us that all the rest had probably left. This was early December. At their suggestion, we said we were fine if they removed the traps. The day after we agreed in mid December to remove them we heard more rats in the attic and asked them to resume coming out for the rest of December. They told us that since we already verbally cancelled if we wanted them to come out in December to check traps again we would have to re-pay the monthly subscription for December, even though we already paid it! And to top it off they wanted us to keep paying them $30 every month after that. Absolute Scam, run the other direction

ABC is simply the best company around.

We started using them a decade ago for pest control. Then we slowly transitioned to using them for everything— our air conditioning services, our plumbing, our handyman services, and now our electricity. ABC gives me hope that businesses can still be ethical, have excellent customer service, and provide high quality work at a good price.

Zach Sellers is the electrician that just installed lights in our garage and extra plugs in our bathroom. He was so polite. His work had the precision of a neurosurgeon!!!

Three years, we ended our home warranty insurance with American Home Shield. Home Shield often could not do the job (twice, we called ABC to fix their work) or were unable to come out in a timely manner. ABC employees are more skilled, more efficient, and nicer than anyone that Home Shield sent.

I love ABC and I highly recommend them for ALL your home needs.

I had an ant problem and Jeff Perretti from ABC did an outstanding job explaining the entire process to me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood what was causing the issue and how it would be resolved. Because of Jeff’s wonderful service, I highly recommend ABC Home and Commercial services to my friends and family.

If I could less than one star. Two times your Techs have entered my home, without knocking, let alone unannounced. If that wasn't enough, they never replace the HVAC panel back where they took it from plus lost screws. This is why we will no longer use you nor spread any positive feedback throughout our community. Do not let this company invade your home, your "safe place". They are rude and inappropriate! Might not be all, but definitely Georgetown TX.

Fernando came out for the bi-monthly pest treatment and did a great job. He ensured that all areas of the yard was covered and cleaned off the website around the eaves of the house and porch. He was very thorough and also very professional and informative.

ABC has been extremely helpful in helping us over at Korrect Fitness. They never miss their recurring scheduled visits. And whenever we have a specific issue arise they're willing to game plan solutions in-person to help us get back to baseline. Highly recommend!
