I typically have good experiences with ABC Commercial Services. I have used them many times over the years. Overall I would, and have several times, recommended their services. For this specific service call, I am less than satisfied. I called to have my Generac generator serviced. I gave them all of the information they needed regarding my generator, including the error code that the generator was throwing. It seemed to be a very simple fix. I looked up the error code and everything I read said 95% of the time it is a dead battery. I discussed this with the dispatcher who scheduled my appointment. Knowing all of this information prior to arriving at my property, the electrician does not put a battery on his truck. So I took the day off work to be here for the technician. He was here for about seven minutes, telling me that the battery was bad. This service could have been resolved today, but instead, I’m gonna have to take another day off work for them to come back and install a battery.

We have been using ABC for pest control for a number of years starting with termite inspection. They come out every two months and inspect for termites and after seeing termites the first time, not knowing what they were, I panicked and called ABC and they came out and installed traps recently we’ve had. With raccoons getting into their house and we added the rodent control program they are always super nice, friendly professional, and we would recommend them to

Had a rodent issue I was unable to resolve. As it turns out were a little too large for traps I was setting. Specialist Enrique set larger traps in strategic locations and had all rats trapped within 2 days. Excellent communication, trappings documented, air freshener provided.

Ales Palicka was really respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. Checked my water and advised me on the water softener and drinking system.. thank you ABC for sending professional.

They also offer many different services at fair prices. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable from Scheduling to assessment on to service. We are very happy and will be continuing business with them.

Benjamin the technician from ABC pest control was very knowledgeable and very thorough with his inspection of our home. He found multiple entries for rodents to enter a home. I am very pleased and very happy with the service and the knowledge that you provided. I would highly recommend Abc Pest Control and would highly recommend Benjamin Danza be your technician!

He was very professional and explained in-depth detail of the services and the chemicals being used to treat our ants, spiders, roaches and insects in general. Maurice did an excellent job. He identified all the possible entry points for the rodents and plugged all the holes to prevent future entry. He set all the traps in the attic and the garage where there was evidence of the rodents. He was so professional and courteous. It was a pleasure to work with him. Next year, I would love to have him do the inspection again. Excellent job. Thank you.

We have been using ABC Home & Commercial Pest Services for the better part of 2 years now! And we couldn’t be happier with the people they hire who perform our services or their overall company philosophy. The service people are always respectful of our home, listen to our concerns AND address them, and have no problem going above and beyond to insure our screened in porch (where we spend quite a bit of time with our grandies), the interior & exterior of our home, around our pool area, and our garages & attics remain as safe and worry free of dangerous insects as possible… for ourselves, our pets, family, and guests😊

ABC continues to be very loyal to our country. I receive a military discount with the service they provide. It means the world to me that a company still loves Veterans. Bill, the man who came and completed our service was kind he knew what he was talking about. He did his job well. I had several wasps and he was able to take care of an ANT situation in one of my child’s bathrooms. We had some great conversation and He was still able to perform his tasks quickly. I would highly recommend ABC to anyone looking for a pest control service

This was our first treatment and inspection by abc Spenser was great! He was very thorough and provided great documentation of the services he performed. As this was the initial inspection it was more comprehensive. Going forward there will be 6 treatments for the year. Compared to other companies the price was very reasonable and far more thorough than any inspection/treatment I have ever experienced. Highly recommend

Caleb Green was courteous, professional, and cleaned up behind his work. Definitely recommend ABC for dryer vent cleaning. And I’ll be using them in the future for other handyman services as well.

Benjamin promptly came out to my house and explained what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and what the next steps are. He did a great job of closing up holes near the roof line and adding traps.

His diligence and attention to our property over at Canvas apartments could not possibly be measured, he constantly provides the best service in a timely manner and informs the office of any major issues happening within our units. He provides attentiveness in areas where our maintenance techs wouldn’t think to look.

I have used ABC Home & Commercial Services for many years. They always notify me when their termite inspection specialist will be here, along with the name and photo of the individual. Their representative is always polite and thorough. I highly recommend their services.

Michael McCurty is an outstanding professional and a terrific asset the ABC. He is highly intelligent, personable, informative, timely and the consummate professional. He has been providing pest control services at my home for several years and we couldn’t be more pleased. He is terrific!

Update: Not sure if I would use ABC again for irrigation. My first service I thought went well but come to find out the tech that took my payment information over the phone didn’t run my card for payment. So I had an outstanding bill I wasn’t even aware of for a much larger price then the price the tech gave me. The tech did include apparently the $95 service fee that I wasn’t aware of. I would have not known about this outstanding bill if I had not called them to come out this Monday to service a sprinkler head my son ran over. Which the tech pulled a no show on me even after calling the office same day that he was coming out. They came out today and then sent me a $336 bill that I wasn’t aware was outstanding. Was told manager was going to call me but still have not heard from them. They have made me feel unimportant. And being a business owner myself that’s the last thing you want a customer to feel like. Should have never sent the first review. Only reason I gave two stars was because the second tech Chris that came out was very helpful and helped me to understand what might have went wrong. Being manager doesn’t want to contact me.

I had an amazing experience with ABC Home and Commercial Service’s Irrigation team! They came out and quickly fixed two broken sprinkler heads, a line break, and even a broken main valve—all at a very affordable price. The Bradley, the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the whole process stress-free. My sprinkler system is working perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service. Highly recommend them to anyone needing irrigation repairs!
