I’ve been a customer of The Maids for many years! They do an awesome job! I love my team (Blanca, Rosa, Guadalupe, & Malope)! Always on time and super friendly!

Ana & Team 12 do a great job and we feel good after their outstanding work. The house feels refreshed and we actually enjoy having them clean it! They are friendly and thorough!
The scheduling is clear and we get a text notification when they are on their way to our home! We highly recommend The Maids and Ana’s team.

The maids have been wonderful. They show up with 3-4 people and clean my entire house in under an hour. I have 2 dogs and lots of get togethers so it gets messy quick. I really love having the help on a weekly basis to help keep my spaces tidy.

Review update:
I am still using this cleaning service and love it. Team #1 and Yesenia come every Monday and help us reset for the week. My favorite is that they clean the microwave and make the bed with fresh sheets every week! Thank you team #1!

Our experience with the maids gets better each cleaning. The last visit on January 14, 2026 ( team 4 )to come did an excellent job house cleaning, plus linen change, on a big king size heavy mattress. I have 7 windows with wooden mini blinds that are dusted each visit.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience. I specifically asked for baseboards and flooring to be cleaned thoroughly and it was not. The baseboards barely looked touched at all and the floors were still sticky. I asked for these services specifically because I’m 7 months pregnant and I cannot get on my hands and knees to clean floors and baseboards. Now I had to hire a different company to come by and they did a fantastic job.

Team 6 has been to my house for the month of February and now March. They are very conscience and meticulous about leaving our home sparkling clean. We are very happy and proud to have team 6 assigned to our home.

We have been fortunate to have the support of The Maids for nearly 20 years. Our family couldn’t do what we do without their amazing help. Ana and the team are thorough, thoughtful and give parts of our home love that I would never remember. We’re use them monthly for our home and hqve appreciated their make ready for rental homes too.

We’ve been using The Maids for years, and we always get the same team, which is great—they know our pets and how we like things done. They take their time and work around everyday clutter without any issues. They’re on time, and almost always send a quick message if they’re on their way or running late. Really kind, efficient people who do a thorough job. Highly recommend. Ana we love you and your team (#12)!

Team #1 has provided thorough and efficient and efficient housecleaning every time they’ve visited. They make extra effort to do the little extras that make having a house-cleaning service worth the expense. We are so pleased with Yesenia, Julia, Teresa, and Luisa’s work - thank you!

I’ve been using the Maids for 17 years. They are reliable, efficient, fast and always do a great job! I love how within a couple of hours my house is spotless…no hours of someone walking around the house all day cleaning or getting a call last minute that they can’t make it. Not once in 17 years have they not shown up or cancelled last minute. A shout out to Austin Team #6 for making my house look fabulous this week!

We have been using The Maids for a little over a year now. Team #1 always makes sure our cleaning needs are met. Our team always asks if anything needs special attention and it is nice to have a team of people because they finish timely. I work from home and have a toddler so having my home cleaned efficiently is a huge plus. They always do a good job and the scheduling team is also very good at communicating arrival times, as well as, making any needed changes. I definitely recommend using The Maids for any cleaning needs.
