We have a rental unit in Austin but don't live there. I bought a couple basic cleaning supplies, but we really needed someone to vacuum. Every other cleaning service I called was booked out for at least a week and wanted to charge over $200 to send someone to vacuum a 400sqft place. I know you can't hire a service like this for a single job but still. I found Modern Maids through a Google search. They had good reviews and next-day availability so I booked. They arrived early (after checking with me that it would be okay to do so) and did a spectacular job. Obviously they did more than vacuum and the place looked great. There was even a residue in the tub left over from a previous tenant's bathmat - I had scrubbed at it for 30 minutes with little result. After Modern Maids came, the tub was almost brand new! We will definitely be using them again in the future. So impressed with quality, timeliness, professionalism, and price!
