we've had hudson bend neighborhood pool service taking care of our pool for several years. the maintenance team that comes out is always polite and checks the pool for any problems. lately, derek has been our main pool guy and he's been great. he noticed our pool wasn't turning the salt into chlorine like it should, explained everything clearly, let the company know, and added chlorine tabs for us. besides being super friendly, derek always answers our questions, even when he's busy. he's definitely someone the company should keep around.

The following morning, Marvin was there bright and early at 5:00 am and efficiently made the required adjustments to the equipment. My pool now operates even better than it did before.
