I chose this company base on their google review.
However things went the other way, they quote me a reasonable price with their base cleaning price. their base cleaning is nothing but soap and water. The way they trying to hook you sounds like their base cleaning would be same as the other company include sanitizing and hot water soap or steam. Actually it was not the case.
The first thing their technician came was recommending extra services which some suppose to be included in their base cleaning based my research. This led me think their business strategy is not honest.
They quote me $300, I ended up paid $437. Their sanitizer job will cost you half of the base price. which in my case is $150.
The job only took 25min for 5 rooms and stairs include hall way. You definitely will not spend your money worth on this company. I felt like their google review some sort of fake.
My recommendation is stay away from them at the first place. I will never go back to this company.

I’ve used this company in the past and always had good experiences. This time I was hit with $500 in unexpected fees. The technician was prompt and friendly but given the cost I won’t be using their services again.

K&M always steps up to the job! I called this morning for an emergency, Tim & Xavair were at my home by 11:30 - they were professional, courteous and thorough. While I no longer have any my carpet in my home, K&M has been my go to steam cleaner for last 15 years, highly recommend them!

Excellent service. Arrived on time and only took about 1.5 hours to clean all the air ducts in my house. Skyler inspected all the vents and gave me a quote prior to starting the job. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I had them come out on a Saturday and I was told I was the last job of the day as well and from start to finish the (2) gentlemen that did the carpet were here a total of 27 minutes 4:04pm -4:31pm. I could see little stains when they were finished and was surprised because I didn't ha e any terrible stains to start with. I had to leave and came back at 10:30 pm so 6 hours later. My carpets were still soaking wet and it was humid in the house at this point and didn't smell good either. I left them a comment asking if this was normal with no reply and later left another telling them I had pictures but it looked like the guys just skipped big areas of the rooms cause they were completely dry and didn't look as clean as the soaking wet parts did. I still didn't get a reply and waited and still didn't get one on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. So they didn't care they did a crappy job. I had to pay them $250 for (3) rooms and (1) tiny like seriously 10 ft hallway. Seemed a bit high and especially after the carpet not being cleaned very well.

Technicians Arthur and Alex arrived on time and got straight to work. They were polite and professional. Five rooms cleaned in record time and are now beautifully clean. I highly recommend K&M cleaning. We have used them over the years for upholstery cleaning too. They always do an excellent job.

I have a rave review of Mike and his assistant. They were wonderful! Stretched my carpet and it looks like new. Next step clean the carpet and the grout. I highly recommend this company.

Carpet bubbles & ripples are gone! Employees were thorough & helpful: Quick, efficient, provided suggestions for extending life of carpet! So pleased!! Then, carpet cleaners arrived to clean & deodorize, & floors look lovely! Fast, friendly, & knowledgeable service!

I feel conned by this company.
Will def dispute with credit card company.
I was quoted for three items. Chair, rug, loveseat.
Upon arrival they claimed two of them could not be cleaned.
In fact they said to save my money and not even try cleaning the rug because it won't come out clean. That's where I feel conned. Here is why:
They cleaned one chair.
The quote they had sent for the one chair was for $60.
When finished they said there was now a minimum price for a visit. This is 100% NOT on the quote.
The min price? $180.
Demanded to get paid not to clean anything else.
So they talked me into not cleaning things then gave a new price that was as if they cleaned.
It seems to me, they want to get the money and rush to the next job so they say they can't clean items but you still have to pay.

Tim and Nate did an amazing job at my house. Explain the process from start to finish and did everything. They said they were gonna do. They also went above and beyond with the level of service they provided. I highly highly recommend them.

Fabian and Jose did a fabulous job cleaning two armchairs, a loveseat, and two area rugs. They all look and smell great! The team was prompt, efficient, and courteous.

Fabien and Nate did an excellent job on my whole house carpet cleaning and the kitchen and breakfast room tile floors. This is the first time we’ve had the tiles done and I’m really glad I did it. Everything looks superb.

If I could leave a 1 star I would. I spent some time sending pictures for a quote over the phone with someone who sent me a quote for the carpet repairs. I confirmed with them twice about the price, even breaking it up and asking if the prices seemed correct.

Someone came out and told me it would cost nearly twice as much as originally quoted, so I had to send them away. That's fine, mistakes happen, right? We'll find someone else to do the work. Less than three minutes after the gentleman left I get a bill for $135 for cancellation.

The audacity. Send and verify incorrect information and tell me to pay for not affording your service? Paying someone $135 for driving to my house is insane.

Great work from Tim and Xaviar steam cleaning my carpets.

The mattress is still dirty and the texture of my mattress is no longer smooth whatever was done to it changed the texture of the mattress and the stain was not removed. I have before and after pictures. The guy took a picture of the clean side and dirty side as a comparison photo but it’s fraudulent. The stains after the mattress dried look worse. I’m extremely upset, there are little black balls all over it.

The couch was not cleaned properly and whatever was sprayed on it is making us itchy and break out. My partner and I had to finish picking the dog hair and a stain I scratched out of with my nails. I bought the couch from FBM and wanted a deep clean however the guy showed up with one spray bottle and told me he added some awesome furniture cleaner the bottle was half full to start with so I don’t know how they cleaned a mattress and sectional with that and their vacuum.

This is the kicker!!! I was quoted 179 for 6 feet and 29 for 6 extra feet however the guy said my couch was 8 feet and I was charged 29 x 5 he said that for every foot over 6 is 29 each. The website does not indicate that so it’s false advertisement.

This is the worst service I’ve ever received 380 gone to waste!!!

I was called by customer service (in which she was very rude and combative towards me) and told the owner would come assess the damage he never showed up! While their response is very general my mattress didn’t require a deep clean the fact they messed it up is the problem. I will contact the BBB and tell everyone I know not to use this company.

Josh arrived in a timely manner, got right to work after explaining what he’d do to clean our dryer vent. He was courteous and helpful. After he removed the wad of lint, blocking our vent, explained what we needed to watch for in the future. He left the dryer attached to the vent and in place, after his quick and efficient visit.

Working with K&M has been a fantastic experience. Tim and Xavier were professional and courtesy and very informative about my options. They did a fantastic job and my floor looks wonderful! I will be using them again.

K&M did a fantastic job cleaning some large area rugs. They had quite a bit of grime from both foot and pet traffic, and one needed some serious love after some puppy accidents. They got ALL the stink and stains out, and the rugs didn't have that awful chemical smell afterwards. Prices were reasonable and turn time was quick! Definitely recommend!

From Rulina in the office to Skyler the technician K&M took care of all of needs! Our dog Apollo passed away on Tuesday, I called K&M on Thursday and unfortunately K&M did not have any availability, I explained the situation and that I was in town from California until Sunday and wanted upholstery cleaning for my son before I left.

Within an hour Rulina called me back. They moved something’s around and were able to fit us in on Saturday. I can not thank this tremendous team enough!

Tyler and Nate did a fantastic job in getting the carpet looking as good as new. There were some repairs also , and all the work was done with superb equipment and their skillful work. Josh at the office scheduled the job at our convenience. The job comes with a warranty . Just in case some work is not as per your satisfaction , they will come back and do their best . I would highly recommend using their services. Easy to schedule .

The lady who answered my call to schedule quoted me incorrectly for the services I had requested so I ended up paying $200 over what I was quoted! That was very disappointing.
The guys who came out, Fabian and his partner, were great and courteous. They did the job well and in a timely manner. They had good manners and customer service.
