Tim and Jose were polite, courtesy, professional and they did the job quickly! My floors look amazing.

Scheduling was quite the headache but hopefully they get that worked out.

The company was very reactive and reliable. When we made the appointment, they were punctual and efficient. The people who came to do the work were friendly and efficient. The portion of the work that was grout cleaning was adequate - the other services resulted in our satisfaction and relief that WE didn't have to tackle the jobs!

They did a great job! Very easy to schedule via text, the guys showed up on time within the one-hour window specified, and they completed their work within one hour. My carpet looks brand new and you can’t even tell where it was patched. The guys were super kind and professional! Will definitely be recommending!

Incredible experience with K&M Steam Cleaning! Shout out to Tim and Alex who went above and beyond to help me move into a clean house. They focused on one room and were diligent, professional and explained everything they did to help alleviate the mildew odor from the carpet. Adding a before and after photo! The carpet was really dirty!

I got 2 chairs “professionally deep cleaned”, which apparently means $214 and 20min of work. In which I also had an arrival schedule time of sometime between 12-4pm, however they arrived 45minutes early and I was never notified before hand along with having my roommates work meetings interrupted.

One of which I spent time pre cleaning a few months ago. The other I did nothing to. The photos show the “professional” deep cleaning service rendered.

Tim & Camron did a fabulous job on my carpets and area rug last week. I am very pleased. They were very professional and honest. They worked up a sweat while cleaning the area rug. Everything looks amazing!

The Pool Ninja has been helping me out with the pool for the past three years. He is great! He knows all about pools and chemicals. He has a simple philosophy when it comes to treating the water. I trust him and highly recommend him.

We were very impressed with James' knowledge and skills about pools and repairs. We had a really bad pool leak that others were not able to identify where it was coming from and he was able to uncover right away. Also to mention, he did this when it was almost 40 degrees outside in December and had to put his head in the pool to find the leak. He also did a great job on installing a new heater for us which not only was it installed correctly but looked aesthetically pleasing. Above all, the costs for all of this was very reasonable. I recommend him to everyone now!

James has been coming to my home for a year. He is helpful, courteous, and very responsive. I appreciate how honest he is! He’s also a neat guy, but that’s besides the point. I highly recommend James. He really is the Pool Ninja!!

James is the best pool person;very dedicated, hard worker and sincere person. He has been maintaining my pool for last 8 months and have nothing to complain. I would recommend him without any hesitation.

James is awesome! He is very responsive and knowledgeable about all things pool related. I had a clog issue in one of my pipes and he located it quickly and took care of it for good. I normally don’t leave reviews online unless I’m very impressed. Needless to say I’m VERY impressed with the service he provided. My only regret is that I didn’t call him sooner. Won’t ever make that mistake again.

James is amazing! Our motor went out over the summer and he had us back up and running within hours when our previous pool service couldn't come out for days. We have used various pool services over the years and none have compared to Pool Ninja. James is knowledgeable, efficient, and leaves our pool looking great each and every time. We have so many trees in our backyard and when September hits it is a daily struggle to try to keep the pool clear. James somehow gets the pool to be completely leaf free every single time and makes it look easy. Highly recommend his services!

I love Fish. They have a reputation and they uphold it. Larry, my service tech today came by and we are on limited hours but he came back and did my windows plus an extra detail needed for my store. All with a smile. Can’t beat the service or professionalism from them. Thanks guys!
