I randomly selected K&M Steam Cleaning because I had seen their truck around this end of town. I am so glad I did. Travis came in and told us exactly what they would do with each part of the cleaning we had requested. In addition to some difficult stairs and some other wear and tear areas we also had them do a Turkish rug made of cotton and wool. We are kind of clean freaks and that rug gets vacuumed a lot. We could not believe how much brighter it looked after the professional cleaning. No doubt we will use K&M Cleaning again. Thank you for the professional job and the courteous and friendly interaction.

Company came in highly recommended by our neighbors and they did an outstanding job!!! Definitely will be using them in the future and recommending them to others. Tim and Xavier did a great job of explaining the whole process and getting the carpets cleaned.

Tim did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He arrived on time, walked me through the whole process, and answered all my questions without rushing. Each room was done right, and the carpets look and smell fresh. I’ll definitely use this company again and will be asking for Tim.

Travis and Cam came in, scoped everything out, and took care of all my needs! They were great to work with, happy to share their knowledge during the process, and overall we're a pleasure to invite into my home. I had a rug cleaned and my dining table chairs cleaned and they turned out great! I'm a curious person so it was nice that they were happy to talk about their work and answer/explain anything I was curious or had a question about.

Tim and Nate with k&m steam cleaning did a great job deep cleaning our king mattress and white sectional couch that had water stains.

They arrived same day, quickly, and did their work in a timely manner with attention. Plus very kind and knowledgeable.

Brian and Carlito did a great job! They were both very courteous and professional.  I found K&M to be a whole lot more customer service oriented than a big company competitor of theirs.  The time window that K&M offers for the customer is completely reasonable.  The office administrator was great (I forgot her name) and the communication was top notch. I will be calling them this coming holiday season for some help with my area rugs and wood floors.

Tim and his team showed up on time and were very knowledgeable about the process. They patiently walked us through the cleaning room to room. We are very pleased with the service and would recommend 10/10!

Fabian did a great job! He even moved stuff around for me that did not move out of his way. Floors look amazing. They were on time, friendly and fast.

The gentlemen doing the clean were so nice and did their best. That being said, the carpet is not clean and was left soaking wet. The stains actually show more than before. Quote was $157 and I paid almost $500 for 3 rugs.

You guys are way over priced as I have already had another company quote me out of Georgetown and they even took the time to come to my house and get the square footage. I just figured since I've used you guys the past 2 cleanings I would continue to go with you but clearly i was about to get robbed. I thought the last time you guys were here you were trying to do me dirty too but then when I called and complained you guys randomly had a sale or coupon you applied to my bill. It's a shame. (They received 2 stars because they did do a good cleaning to my other house). They wanted to charge me $349 to clean my shower floor and said that “due to its severity…” I have attached a picture that I sent them and they are saying my tile is dirty lol.

Jesse and his crew were amazing! They were very honest when evaluating the rugs and priced everything fairly. Their work was professional, detailed, and thorough — both in cleaning the rugs and the upholstery. K&M Steaming was also very accommodating with my last-minute scheduling request. I’ll definitely hire them again and highly recommend their services!

Tim and Nate did an amazing job, this is the 3rd I've had this company clean carpets and I recommend them for all jobs.

I am beyond happy and satisfied with the service that I received with K&M Steam Cleaning. Tyler the general manager was my first contact and he came out and gave me an honest assessment of the condition of my system and gave me a quote that was that was no where close to the lowest price i had had received. I had also received a couple of quotes that were more but the salesman did not scream confidence. Summer who took care of the billing and scheduling was easy to deal with and made the whole process easy . My highest commitment has to be with the Skyler and his assistant who did the actual work. They cleaned, sanitized, and treated all 4 of my central ac systems in a timely manner while leaving the house spotless. I have had a very bad experience with a large company with specialized trucks and was reluctant to try this again.

Technicians notified me before coming out, they did a really good job . Left my carpets instantly clean and smelling fresh. The guys were fast and friendly

We hired K&M cleaning for a blockage in our dryer vent. We still had issues after the first trip and they came out a second time with a more heavy duty vacuum to clear everything out. This was no additional charge which was great. They were so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend K&M!

K&M did a great job cleaning my rugs. I dropped my rugs off at their location and all the office ladies were very friendly and helpful. They were ready with the promised time frame. I will be using them again!

Michael of K and M steam cleaned our carpets and he also stretched back into shape the carpet in one bedroom. He did a fantastic job. He was prompt and efficient and when he left the carpets looked like new. We will have him again!

The cleaning service overall was excellent! The only note I would say is that we were estimated 6-8 hours for drying and it took over 24 hours to fully dry. This wasn’t a problem at all for us but it would have been nice to have a more realistic estimate since we had people to come help us move our furniture back. After the initial treatment there were still some stains showing and y’all were super responsive in coming back to retreat the spots. Now the stains are mostly gone and the carpets are amazingly clean for our upcoming newborn! We gladly recommend K&M Steam Cleaning to anyone in need of quick efficient services!
