Really impressed with the Prime Pools team! We just moved into a new house and needed pool maintenance. Their team quickly came out and gave us a great/competitive quote. We now have been using their service for over a month and they are always professional and on time. We highly recommend Prime Pool Service!

Very please with this pool service. They show up when they say and they do a great job cleaning. We have been through several pool companies in our area. This is by far the best. I can’t say enough about them. Thank you Prime Pool

Stopped showing up and upon closer inspection it look like pool filter has been completely neglected ontop of the chemicals being off. Have someone coming tomorrow for a full diagnosis but clear this company completed dropped the ball not doing their job at all.

**update** a new pool company came today and after they checked everything out I am horrified at what poor shape everything with our pool is in. All I can say is GROSS NEGLIGENCE from this company. Our skimmer was disgusting, completed full and clogged. Filter completely also clogged, hadn't been checked or serviced in months. The panels for our pump and electrical were left wide open. No chlorine tablets in the floated. Pool is covered in algae. I cannot believe we paid what we did for such a low quality of service. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Lesson learned to pay much more attention and not trust people to do their jobs because clearly they do not.

We have been using Prime Pool for years. The staff, technicians and service people who work at Prime Pool are so nice and incredibly responsive. If you have a question, need extra service, or have a pool emergency, they are on it immediately. Best in the business.

Graham was very professional and we were impressed with the communication we received everyday on when he would be arriving to fix the lights. He was in and out in no time and let us know when he was done. Thank you again and we will definitely recommend Prime Pool Services to family and friends!

I had prime for over a year. The first technician was great but did not last more than a few months. We continually had the same technician after that who would not clean the pool and would just be at our property on his phone. I reported this to management who once told me they would send me someone new. After that didn’t happen, I complained about the continued not cleaning of our pool and they said they were going to fire him. This also did not happen as he returned the next week. After that, I discontinued my service

Power outage led to freeze protection on my pool going out and not running for over 8 hours in below freezing temps with fear of frozen pipes occurring. system lights had me stressed out and my spa was nearly all the way drained. I contacted prime pools at 5am (when their business hours don’t start until 8am. )Got a call from Thomas almost immediately after submitting online request for service and he talked me through troubleshooting my pool system and got everything back and running online with ease. I will do business with this company moving forward and will recommend them to all my neighbors and friends moving. Thanks THOMAS.

We pay $299 a month for weekly pool service from this company. Our water is GREEN. I have pictures! First they drop the ball on replacing the pool pressure guage and now the chlorinator! The tech put in a work order a week ago. Green water means no chlorine for how long?? OUR GRANDCHILDREN SWIM IN OUR POOL! We are beyond disappointed.

Unbelievable customer service with this company!!! FIVE STARS!! I’ve experienced true excellence with the care and cleaning of my pool. Not to mention, the staff and employees are always available to take questions and address anything that needs to be addressed. Always on time + my pool is left pristine. FANTASTIC, honest company!

Update: Repeat customer for repairs for last couple years and the service continues to be great. Prime is my go to for any pool/spa issues.

Thank you so much Prime Pool Service and specifically Graham for coming out and repairing my pool pump. We had noticed our pump had a leak and Graham showed up on time and was able to diagnose the issue immediately. He was able to get the new part so fast and came back and got us back up and running perfectly. He even went above and beyond and showed us some preventative measures we can take to help prevent issues in the future. Again, I can’t say thank you enough to the service and professionalism of Graham and the entire team at Prime! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for any future pool needs!

Graham did an absolutely fantastic job replacing the faulty lights in our pool! He was transparent throughout the entire process, clearly explaining what needed to be done and keeping us in the loop. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to fix additional lights that weren’t even part of the original work order. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and thorough in their work. If you need a pool technician, I can’t recommend Graham enough—he’s awesome to work with!

We had Them clean out our DE filter. They were very timely and thorough. Gave us a couple tips on how to use it better in the future. Also made some recommendations about the rest of our equipment that was spot on with what other people had said. Will definitely use again, probably sign them up for monthly service.

We've been ghosted after years of being customers.

After I posted this I found another company to investigate my leak and take over pool maintenance. Once I notified them I finally got a response. They called to apologize and explain. Apparently the amount of pool leaks and repairs currently are putting a strain on the industry. Indeed, the company that is scheduled to investigate the leak couldn't get us on their calendar for 3 weeks.

The issue was the communication or lack thereof. We were facing freezing temperatures with a pool with a leak. We were having to replace hundreds of gallons of water in our pool daily because it had to be running 24/7 due to the cold. We got no guidance from Prime pool service during this time. We'll never know how much damage could have been avoided if they had given any advice. Our new maintenance company however came out to show us how to shut down the pool and drain the equipment BEFORE we contracted with them. And the weekly maintenance visit was followed with an email that included pool chem levels and a picture of the state of the pool.

Prime Pool needs to have better communication both in standard service and for urgent issues.

They've provided our pool with service for over 10 years so I am acknowledging that good service with 3 stars. You've got to do better communicating.

Over the years we have had several pool service companies do work for us. We have not been satisfied until now. Prime Pool Service has been a game changer for us. Their staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable! Graham came out this week to repair our pool pump. He was extremely professional and repaired our pump. He did an excellent job and he spent some time with me to make sure I remembered all of the programming on the control panel. He cleaned up the area and we couldn’t be happier.

Great customer experience, and the service technician, Tyler, is super friendly, does an awesome job and enjoys our dogs saying hi to him. Our pool looks fantastic all year long.

Terrible service. Beware of this company. Their staff may not be properly trained to complete the maintenance activities. In a few cases they damaged my equipment.

Their staff may be something not working and they just don’t care or even notify of it. I noticed issues with my pump and filter, and their technician never flagged with me.

I was with this company with a weekly maintenance plan for over a year, and the pool today is just disgusting.

The jets turned from white to brown, and when I flagged this to the technician, they asked me “Why do you think that is?”. I told him it could be the chemistry of the water, but aren’t they the experts? Anyhow, nothing was done about it, and they’re still brown.

I’m looking for a new service provider to deal with damaged equipment and a nasty pool.

I can’t recommend this company to anyone.

Cody and Graham from Prime Pools have been servicing my saltwater pool for the last 7 years, and they’ve always kept it in excellent working condition. They’re incredibly responsive and quick to come out whenever there’s an issue. I highly recommend Prime Pools! :)

James has been fabulous. He has accommodated our special needs around notice we need for our dog which really matters. And has been great in servicing our somewhat difficult to access pool. We had to fire two other pool services to get to James at Prime but now we are really satisfied.

Prime Pool Service has been my go-to for a couple years now. Always responsive, my techs have been so friendly, helpful, and informative, and they do a great job keeping my salt water system running smoothly. Highly recommend!
