It had been at least 1 1/2 years since last time we had carpet cleaned, and we were nervous about how it would turn out (really bad shape), but Lando showed up 15 minutes early to 9AM appt, spent a lot of time working on it and when we came in this morning with it all dried out, it looked wonderful. Thanks so much for the new office!!

I've been using Lando now for probably 10 years now. Hands down the best I've come across. Willing to work around your schedule and work weekends. Handles changes on the fly. Has the right tools to do large rooms and small throw rugs. Also does a great job on grout and flooring in the bathrooms and kitchen. All in one package and very thorough. Friendly, personable and very reasonably priced.

Lando just finished cleaning our living room couch and chair, as well as the dining room chairs, and they look like new! We were thinking about buying new furniture, but no need now. Great business to use if your carpets are in need of a little TLC. I needed stairs, bedroom and living room areas cleaned. These were the initial things needed when I set up the appointment. Couldn't have asked for a better job and more professional person. He showed up early & got right to it. We have 2 dogs and one was having an incontinence issue. You can no longer smell dog urine and the carpet & rug looks amazing. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who looking for your carpet to be cleaned.

I have known about Shepard’s for a while. Following the recent winter storm, our bathroom sink flooded a bit and some water made its way out onto the bedroom carpet. I called Shepard’s to have that extracted. He showed up on time and quickly assessed that this did not need to be extracted and would dry up within a day as-is. Wow! I heard about Shepards Carpet Cleaning, a black-owned business from an 88.7 KAZI radio commercial. Mr. Lando Shepard did a wonderful job thoroughly cleaning our carpet. He took his time vacuuming, then treating the carpet area before going over it with the carpet cleaner and streamer. I am really happy about the service he provided with excellence. My parents moved into their new home five years ago. The house came with a dark brown carpet. My family always vacuum the carpet. Unfortunately, we could not see the dirt that was hiding under the carpet for all these years until Mr. Shepard brought it to our attention.
