Mr. Shepard was early and was set up by the time I met him to do our project. Our home had been professionally cleaned the day before including carpet vacuuming. I mentioned to Mr. Shepard that he probably wouldn’t need to vacuum prior to steam cleaning. He insisted on vacuuming them anyway. I highly recommend Mr. Shepard for your project. John

Lando came to my home on short notice for a emergency carpet cleaning after my dog was sick. He was professional, on time, and did great work. He was responsive to calls and texts and overall everything a customer would want out of a cleaning service. Wow! I highly recommend Shepard's Carpet Cleaning. I had a last-minute inquiry to get my carpets cleaned before a party. Lando responded within the hour, and we got the appointment set up quickly. He reached out to me the morning of the appointment to let me know he would be late, through no fault of his own, a road had been closed due to a car accident, but he still ended up being on time. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and a couch we have. They looked brand new. We have three dogs, and you couldn't tell after he left. I will definitely use him again.

Shepard's Carpet Cleaning cleaned our house Monday & did a FANTASTIC job. Mr. Shepard spot cleaned the stains & removed ALL the discoloration in the high ware areas (the hallway from the garage & laundry room to the living room & the stairs) and it looks like when it was new!!! He showed on time (actually was a bit early as promised) & was extremely professional & courteous. My wife was ecstatic with the results. I've used Shepard's Carpet Cleaning services 3 or 4 times now and have recommended them to others. I've never even considered using a different company. Why not? Because the price is fair, the people are hard-working and polite, and the carpets get cleaned. Their availability is usually great and they're very professional. You know that feeling you get when you're about to start researching companies for a service you know nothing about? It's awful, isn't it. Do yourself a favor and skip the headache. Just hire Shepard's. I've done apartment move-out cleaning and I've done spring cleaning for rugs/carpet in my new home. This company is a sure thing, and it feels nice to be able to recommend a company with no hesitation.

Mr. Shepard cleaned the carpets in my 3 bedrooms and living room, and my house is so much cleaner and inviting because of his hard work (now I don't have to be embarrassed when guest come over). Shepards also has a really easy option to schedule carpet cleanings online, which was very convenient. Their communication throughout the entire process was great too. I have had my carpets cleaned many times over the years but never THIS good! My carpet looks brand new. This company is superior to the other ones I used because...
They were quick and thorough.
They delivered what they promised.
It only took four hours to dry instead of 12 to 24.
And the stains didn't come back after a couple of days as they did with one type of cleaning.

Their prices are reasonable enough for me to have this done every year and I will.

Lando has been cleaning our 30-year-old carpet annually over the last two decades. My husband and I always talk about replacing the carpet and then call Shepard's Carpet Cleaning. He does such a great job, it feels new again.

I was lucky enough to get same day service from Shepard's cleaning which was considerate of them since they had plenty of work going on that day. The price was not super-cheap; their minimum for a house call is $130 but, it was definitely worth every penny for the end result. A cleaning tech called Lando (yes, he is named after the Star Wars character) came over and calmly turned my filthy carpet into an amazing-looking carpet.

I'm very happy with the results and the service I received. Shepard's Cleaning will be my go-to, next time I need the carpet cleaning in my bedroom(s).
