MaidPro has been cleaning my Apartment in South Austin once a month for 2 years. Recently Tiara has been doing a great job, as did the other cleaners in the past. Thanks!

Do not use this service. They will only waste your time. I had more than one appointment where they did not communicate with me and push the time back by literally hours. When they tried to make up for it and said they would come first thing the next day they were again late and pushed the time to another three hpurs. Their services pretty expensive and it’s not worth it if they’re not gonna show up on time. Also chelsy Said that she would communicate with me and did not even though I asked her to. I was the one calling them when their own deadline had passed. Don’t use this service.

This is our first cleaning. We are old & are arthritic. Plus my husband has Parkinson's & his hands shake. He does the cooking, so there is a lot of spilling. I just had neck surgery & can not stand long so cannot clean up after him. The kitchen was a mess & gross. Raymond was so excited because the kitchen looked like we just moved in. Very happy with the service.

This is my second cleaning by MaidPro, and I couldn't be happier. It just feels great to be in a freshly cleaned home. Tiooza (hope I spelled that right) did a super job. My kitchen stove looks brand new! Every box was checked, all services performed to perfection.

Excellent service. They take care of everything that matters...they're on time, the do a consistently complete and thorough job of cleaning, and they communicate well. The last part being, in someways the most important. Though I haven't had a problem, when I had a last minute change to my plans, they rolled with it. It's nice to feel like you dealing with people who care. They get that it's about customer service. I'm completely happy with having chosen these guys. Maybe it's me. I figure if I hire someone to do a job and they do it well, there's not much more I can expect.

We've had nothing but a great experience with MaidPro. Today Andrew cleaned our home and did a stellar job. I would recommend him and this service to anyone. Thank you!

I've used this company a few times now and definitely recommend them. They are willing to work with clients regarding scheduling and communicative to insure everything is up to standard. Whitney and Enrique just finished with our house and were fantastic! I absolutely will continue with this company and with these two individuals on a regular basis. Worth it. Thanks!

Andrew is by far the best professional cleaner that I have ever used! He is extremely thorough and every time he leaves I always discover something new he has organized for me! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Been using Maidpro for years. Great service. Our regular cleaner, Rebeca, is fantastic! She is thorough and respectful of our stuff. I highly recommend these folks. Rebeca goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks great!

Tiara came by my house and cleaned up after my roommates and I. Everything smelled and looked great from the moment I got back home. She even organized my kids stuffed animals in a cute arrangement as well as made my bathroom look like it did when I first moved in! I'd definitely recommend MaidPro.

Katelyn has an incredible attention to detail and is always friendly and efficient. She keeps my home looking spotless and does it way faster than I could! I can't recommend her and MaidPro enough!

My experience with Maid Pro has been great every time. This was the first Tiara was my cleaner though it has been a young man in the past so hopefully they both benefit from this review. Highly recommended !

Been using MaidPro for several years now. They are prompt and do a great job. Our most recent clean with Kristin was fantastic, thorough and great to work with.

The deep clean was exactly what we wanted. Our whole apartment was cleaned with great detail and care. Enrique and Whitney were efficient, kind, and professional. I would highly recommend and do it again!

I’m going to be completely honest here...this was my first time using a service like this and I’m so glad that I did. Aimee and Haley did a fantastic job. When I walked in the apartment smelt fresh and looked amazing. Top to bottom these ladies left no stone unturned. My wife and I work 80+ in one week finding time to keep the place looking like new is hard to do with our busy schedules. These ladies freed us of all the stress to find time to clean now we can just relax in our free time. They are a blessing. I do not write reviews too often but in this case I want the world to know just how special this company is and how it’s helping to change my life. The service is affordable and definitely worth it. I’ve set my services for weekly cleaning. If your schedule is just as hectic as mine you should do the same.

We hired MaidPro to do a move out clean on our home. When I showed up after they left I could barely tell they'd been there. I could wipe grime off of the counters and baseboards. The kitchen sink was dirty and there were puddles of standing water in 2 of the rooms. They also didn’t clean the walls behind the oven or sink. They don't clean windows at all (even just inside). When I called them after they didn't acknowledge the fact that I could wipe the grime up easily, instead claiming it couldn't be cleaned. I didn't trust them to come back and had to hire someone else who did an awesome job for less money. Stay far away from MaidPro.

The two team members that came to my house did a really great job so much so that my landlord asked me who I had used so she could also use maidpro for other properties. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the team accidentally broke one of my blinds which isn’t a big deal AT ALL - it happens. But when I called to politely let them know the woman in the office basically called me a liar and made it out like I was trying to scam them. Shockingly bad customer service after spending several hundred dollars.

Gabriella recently started as our cleaner and is wonderful! She is professional and checks in to make sure she has cleaned everything to our satisfaction. We appreciate her attention to detail and hard work!

Been using MaidPro for well over a year now. Initially with the excellent Amadeo when living in South Congress. More recently I moved to North Austin, and Jessica has been just as effective.

Although I'm a bit of a neat freak myself, the difference in having a professional clean every couple of weeks is huge. Makes life so much more pleasant, and both of my MaidPro representatives have been effective, friendly and done a really good job.

Blanca was the maid that performed this job and it was absolutely great. She was very thorough on her own and cleaned some specific items I asked for without question. I would recommend MaidPro to anyone who wants or is in need of solid maid services.
