I needed an emergency deep cleaning of the place into which my son with his 2 friends moved once the dorms closed at UT. Jacob was able to schedule this within 24 hours even in this difficult times and they did a spectacular job. I can not recommend them enough!

I paid for a deep clean, window cleaning, oven clean, cabinet cleaning and carpet steam clean. The carpets were vacuumed and not steam cleaned, which is evidence by the carpet being completely dry in three hours and the same debris that was on the carpet the night before. The cabinets were not cleaned and the oven has the same grease spots that were present the night before and easily wiped out. I sent pictures to the company to verify the deficiencies and was offered a partial refund that was never provided.

Texas Cleaning Services was fantastic. They took our request for a move in clean last second and then Julie who came out for the clean was awesome! We will definitely recommend Texas Cleaning Services and be using them again.

While the price was slightly higher than expected, the results were phenomenal and worth every penny. Texas Cleaning was punctual, responsive and accommodating. Definitely would reccomend for any one looking to for an excellent cleaning service.

Stephanie showed up on time and did an amazing job. We had scheduled.for a move out clean and as embarrassing as it is to admit the fridge and stove really needed help. Stephanie had the whole place shining including the fridge and stove in no time. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I’ve hired them before they do a good job except I sent a request online without the full update but later talked to a man on the phone and updating him what I actually needed. Good thing my phone calls are recorded because I mention one deep clean shower and the rest standard cleaning. He didn’t update the lady and she didn’t know what was in the list.. he added $20 after the fact which we don’t mind paying, but it just made it so awkward to “add things that aren’t in the list” with our cleaning lady... just annoying really..

Excellent service! Professional and friendly staff. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was very much appreciated. They were also exceptionally considerate of my family's safety during the pandemic. I will definitely be calling them the next time the house gets out of hand.

My rating is not so much a reflection of the employee as it is of the company. The employee who came out for my first cleaning (supposed deep clean) was timely, courteous and worked hard to meet my needs. She checked in regularly to be sure her cleaning was up to my standard. Where I feel the company let me down was the fact that many things that I considered standard for a first time deep clean (wiping down electronics, windowsills, doorframes, blinds etc) were missed until I let her know they needed to be addressed. She seemed to have had no instruction from the company as to what kind of cleaning she needed to be doing and it took her a very long time to complete the job which is understandable because she was the only worker. For nearly $300, I dont think the value was there for me.

I’m not sure what happened at my house but it was NOT a five star cleaning. It was a 1600 square-foot home I just moved into. I asked that they not do anything in the kitchen or the master bathroom. There was no furniture to maneuver and all the blinds were off windows. It took six hours to clean the floorboards, vacuum three bedrooms and mop the living room and dining room. I asked that the interior windows be done. They were done at the level that I would with a paper towel and Windex. I’m going to have to go back and finish scrubbing them. There was nothing special about this cleaning. I could’ve done it myself in under six hours. Definitely not worth $45 an hour plus a $10 processing fee!

We have had two cleanings thus far and are very impressed with the service. Our cleaning professional is Brannigan and she does an outstanding job from top to bottom. We highly recommended her! It’s very difficult to trust people to come into your home, but we feel very comfortable with your service. Thank you Texas Cleaning Service!

EDIT: The company quickly contacted me the same day to resolve the issue. They would have normally sent the same cleaner back out to fix the job for free, but we will have already moved out. The company instead quickly issued a partial refund. I am impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness.

I originally requested a deep ‘move out’ cleaning of 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms home. I actually ended up needed only the bathrooms, the kitchen, the main living space, and the blinds cleaned. The blinds, baseboards, door frames, and fans were left dusty, the bathroom drawers were not cleaned, and one of the bathrooms has two sections where cleaning product dripped and dried leaving lots of white spots everywhere. The microwave was not cleaned. I feel like if I pay for a deep clean all of these spots should be taken care of, especially if the rooms (minus their blinds) are not being cleaned. I should not have to direct the cleaning staff to hit up certain areas, that should be on a checklist or should be known what to hit up prior to coming in. If I’m paying $300 I should not have to tell someone what to clean. That’s what the term ‘deep clean’ implies. Not worth the price, i am severely underwhelmed by the service provided. At least the woman cleaning was nice but that’s not what I’m paying the cleaning company for. I should not have to be cleaning up behind the cleaning service.

I contacted Texas Cleaning Services for a move-in cleaning for my daughter who was moving from out of state. Veronica showed up on time and worked tirelessly for several hours, doing a deep clean in the kitchen, all the bathrooms, dusted, included ceiling fans, and finished the floor. Highly recommend and hope to have her back to the house soon.

So this is actually my first time using a cleaning service and I must say it was wonderful! My wife and I work so much that we can keep up on the light stuff but deep cleaning is hard to get too. So I did some online searching around Pflugerville and found Texas Cleaning Services. I contacted Jacob and he was extremely polite and professional. He explained everything to me and I was convinced. I chose the deep clean for our first visit and just wow! We came home and our house was so beautifully clean. The floors, the baseboards, microwave, oven, our fridge! The bathrooms. Just amazing. I was thinking about switching to just the standard plus but we really enjoyed the deep clean aspect. We will be using them every month for sure.
* update- we've been using them for a couple months now and are still in love with them! Our house was cleaned like it was their home. We felt so taken care of. We will only be using Texas Home Cleaning for our home!

Scheduled a service for 9am. This person seemed to be having a bad day, left as soon as she got here, said that my house wasn’t picked up enough. Jacob sent Veronica, who is AWESOME! I assure my house wasn’t messy, but cluttered and lived in, as we have not had a deep clean in a year. Veronica was professional and took great care in making sure our house was CLEAN. Like, spotless. I will definitely book with this company, they really came through with their people, and the price for a deep clean was very reasonable, especially with Veronica. I’m so happy!
