Cody did a great post construction clean for us including removing all of the new stickers and film, cleaning every screen thoroughly and installing each one. So happy with the results!

Cody did an excellent job refreshing and staining my deck. It looks incredible! Like a brand new deck. Prompt, courteous and very professional. Returned after the pressure washing to perform the staining, but found the deck moisture level was still a bit high so wanted to give it a few more days to dry. I appreciate that he is knowledgeable and honest and committed to doing a first class job. Assured me he would return if necessary if anything needed touching up after completely drying. I heartily recommend Cody for deck services!

Our experience with Cody was outstanding! He pressure washed our fence and stained it. Right after we contracted with him, we were hit by hail so we had to wait until insurance and our general contractor were ready. He was patient and very flexible on the time. Speciality Exterior Works did an outstanding job staining our fence. They use an oil-based stain that looks much more natural, which is exactly what we wanted. We worked with Cody, who was professional and came back for touch-ups. He also cleaned our large panel windows, and the difference in the amount of light coming in was great. The fence truly looks fantastic. The attached photo is with the sun reflecting on it, so it appears lighter but shows the natural finish we were going for.

This is the 3rd time Mike has cleaned our carpet. He does an excellent job & always provides superior, efficient service. I highly recommend this company.

This is no ordinary care service. Mike refurbished 1000 sq ft of our 1960 saltillo tiles that we wanted to get rid of and replace with hardwood floors. He talked us into redoing the floors. We took the chance.
He worked four days, including Saturday and Sunday to finish the job. For one year we have been remodeling and adding to our home. We dealt with many different sub contractors and specialists.
Mike was hands down the best at his trade. His passion for saltillo tiles was a treat to watch, as he worked on it like an artist would on a painting. He stripped the floor completely, before finishing with a first-rate oil-based sealer. What a phenomenal result!
Mike is a gentleman.Not only did we save thousands of dollar by not removing the tiles, but allow us to boast that we now have the best saltillo tile floors in Austin! Thank you, Mike. We're eternally grateful to you.

I will give Mike six stars if I can. I have a rental house. The tenants moved out. The old carpet was very dirty. Plus, the unprofessional painter I hired left messy paint drops overall in the carpet. The Steam Machine owner, Mike, provided a cleaning service to my rental house far beyond I could image. He spent 4.5 hours to do a deep clean. He even crawled on the carpet and used a small steel brush to remove the paint drops. His charge is affordable. After his cleaning, the carpet became very clean and had a new life. If your house has dirty carpets and need a deep clean, call Steam Machine Carpet Care. Mike will give your carpet a new life at affordable price.

Debbie has been taking care of our pool for about two years now and she is AWESOME! Super communicative and always does a great job. She's fabulous at keep me updated and making sure our pool gets what it needs and keeping an eye out for any issues. She goes above and beyond and it's so comforting to know my pool is always in good hands.

And a huge shoutout to Joshua! He recently did a repair for us and really went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect. He really invested the time and energy to do the job right.

Overall, I'm impressed by the communication with Patriot. I find their prices to be reasonable and they are quick to respond and get us on the schedule when the pool needs some extra love or repairs. Very happy with the quality of service.

They have did a green to clean, our filter and replace a controller box.
We have decided to gave them do our weekly service.

The service I receive and have now for some years is exceptional. When there has been disruption for any reason, weather, staff, pollen, etc, the company has always recovered my pool quickly. It is unfortunate that the name of the company has been tainted by the abuse of the word "patriot", but they do good work.
