Love Patriot Pool! I struggled with taking care of my pool for so long and even tried another pool company to save a little money but was not worth it in the end. Patriot is great with communication, love the before/after pics they send with every service, and have peace of mind knowing they have it handled! Would highly recommend!

My pool heater wasn't working. The technician was able to arrive within a couple hours of me calling. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a reasonable quote and did just the work that was required to get me up and running.

Patriot Pools is hands down the best service. Honest, knowledgeable, and friendly! Big shout out to Josh who helped me quickly solve my filter pump issue and went out of gos way to guide me through the process!

Dan came out for my "pool school". He gave me a thorough explanation of how the equipment worked, how i could diagnose problems, and what upgrades I could do.

Its been 2+ decades since I owned a pool, so I was happy to have a refresher.

I was impressed enough that I ended up engaging them to upgrade my pump and other equipment.

The before and after pictures show the quality of their work. Note the clean connections. There isn't PVC solvent / primer all over the place like the previous installation. Their team explained everything very well. I'm very happy with their service.

We are new to the area and tried contacting a few pool maintenance companies. Patriot was my third call. Immediate response and great service and results. Explanation of the filtration system and chemical balance. BILLY was Outstanding! Josh was my initial phone contact, Fantastic! Nick did the repair to the leaking valves, Perfect! Supervisor Billy set us up for a maintenance call. Cinthya called and explained the weekly maintenance programs. Fantastic individuals to speak with. Five Star Review! Johnathon has been performing the weekly service, OUTSTANDING! Very thorough!

When we had to have our pool replastered, I used the opportunity to evaluate new pool service companies. Based on feedback from neighbors I landed on Patriot Pools and I could not be happier. They have done a great job with weekly service, always prompt to respond, and a pleasure to work with.

Patriot Pools has been taking care of my pool for quite a few years now. They are by far the best company I have ever used. They respond to requests promptly and do a great job cleaning and repairing anything that may be wrong. Everyone is courteous and easy to talk with. I highly recommend them.

I have been a satisfied customer ever since Patriot Pool & Spa began servicing swimming pools here in The Villages. Their staff members respond quickly and expertly to any cleaning and/or maintenance issues related to our pool. Currently, both Tom Bright and Tyler Kidd have been keeping our pool in excellent condition. I highly recommend Patriot to anyone interested in top notch pool services.

When we moved here several years ago we inherited the pool service from the former homeowners. As we quickly learned, there is a distinct difference in the level of service from Patriot. "Our" technician, Coltan, has gone above and beyond to educate me, offer solutions for minor issues, and then proceed to get things set up to solve those issues. Our pool looks wonderful after his visits and he is ALWAYS communicative, polite, professional, and does an outstanding job!! We have had neighbors follow our lead by moving from their company to having him service their pool as well!! Thank you for a job well done!!

Whenever I need pool repairs, I can count on Patriot. I have used them for all my repairs over the last seven years. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Recently, I found my chlorinator broken. Alex recommended the best option for my pool equipment and it was quickly scheduled and replaced. There could have been a little better communication on the scheduling process, but overall, I am very pleased with their service. The repair technician was also very professional and pleasant and got my pool equipment quickly running again. When you have issues with pool equipment, you need someone like Patriot, that is responsive, knowledgeable and dependable. Whenever I need help with our pool, I will definitely call them first!

They were amazing. I had multiple issues with my pool and they quickly assessed and fixed them all at a reasonable price. They have had excellent communication and follow up. Highly recommend.

Patriot Pool & Spa has been amazing. Jett has cleaned our pool for a year now and we’ve never been disappointed. He’s professional, courteous, and thorough. We were especially pleased, but not surprised, that Jett went above and beyond in helping us troubleshoot and fix our robot cleaner recently. He and the Patriot staff respond promptly to our questions and the service has exceeded our expectations.

Outstanding Service from Harrison at Patriot Pool!

I can’t say enough good things about Harrison from Patriot Pool. He’s been maintaining my pool for a while now, and the difference since he started is night and day. He’s incredibly thorough, professional, and always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why something I really appreciate.

Harrison shows up on time every week, works efficiently, and leaves the pool absolutely spotless. He clearly takes pride in his work and treats my pool like it’s his own. It’s rare to find someone who combines great technical skill with such a positive attitude and attention to detail.

If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about keeping your pool in perfect shape, Harrison is your guy. Patriot Pool is lucky to have him!

Update after my original post.
They sent a tech out to rebuild my pump but I got no paperwork or receipt. He also found a plastic piece that appeared to be discolored for excessive heat, but didn’t have it on his truck so he said it was fine.

Run from this company!!!!I hate to give a business a review that’s less than stellar but I have had a lot of experience with this one and it’s has been earned. I’ve had missed appointments, bad cleanings and parts orders that they sat on for weeks at a time that were in stock everywhere here in Austin that sells pool supplies. Pics are hours after my recent cleaning.pool was low of water and it wouldn’t go into the skimmer basket. UPDATE. They have let me down several appointments in a row now. Filter cleaning resulted in a leaking filter assembly. Had a cleaner come out following the filter cleaning and they said nothing about the leak when water was all over the pump location. I’m glad I walked by and saw it. The original filter tech had to come back to fix. The following cleaning resulted in my pool left unprimed and running that way for two days. The pump was running dry. They sent a service manager out, when I pulled up, I went in the house, came out the back door and walked around the side of the house to find that he had left. The photos and video are what followed. I have a leak repair company coming tomorrow to find my in ground leak and they need the pool functioning properly to do the work. So I’m in a bad spot now. I called Patriot and they said they have after hours techs. No one has reached out to me.

I just switched to Patriot Pools, thankfully. Colbie was the best. She was prompt, smart, and kind. Ukiah did a great job too. I took the plunge. So far, great service! Thank you so much. Very appreciated.

We are extremely happy with Patriot Pool and Spa. Edward does an awesome job of keeping the pool clean. The staff in the office keeps us up to date on any concerns or issues that arise. The technicians that have been sent out to do repairs have been very professional and informative.

Billy and Tyler stopped by and gave a helpful tutorial on the monitor/control panel. Both were professional and great representatives for Patriot Pools. I would highly recommend Patriot Pools services.
