We switched to Patriot Pool & Spa after the pool company we previously used was sold to another entity. Visits by the former company were 5 minutes at best and we saw our water quality and pool appearance decline. Therefore, we called Patriot Pool & Spa. They were extremely professional over the phone and their service personnel are great! Their cleaning is thorough. They notify us on the day of service if there is an issue with any part of our equipment and provide a quote via e-mail the same day for repair. Their repair people are also great and get the equipment fixed quickly and correctly. I highly recommend Patriot!

Patriot Pools came by today to clean my pool and River Maxwell was the guy doing the work. I want to call out his extreme friendliness and great work getting it very clean.

Patriot Pool and Spa was a fantastic company to deal with. Our pool pump went out while we were out of town. They actually answer the phone when you call, were very prompt, and did a great job with the repair. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

Patriot fixed everything... after a different company ruined my pool entirely (talking to you, Blue Science). Patriot may cost a little more, but absolutely worth every penny... and they did it quickly!!! The quality, service and speed are far above anybody else I've dealt with.

I use patriot for our weekly pool service but have also used them for repairs to our pool equipment. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. They are so easy to communicate with, techs arrive when they are scheduled and all quotes are sent before the app for the owner to approve. The techs are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

There are many reasons why I would recommend Patriot Pools, quality, skills, knowledge, professionalism but the most important is responsiveness.

My house was on the market and the weather was at its worst. I called Patriot Pools numerous times do extra cleanings, adjust the features, replace the LeD lights and the list goes on. They were so accommodating and helpful.

Here I am again.... reporting on Patriot Pool & Spa. Now it's the pool having a problem! Well, I'm thrilled to report that Patriot has once again came thru with flying colors going above and beyond to make sure my pool is in good working order. It took a bit.... but over the past 2 days the General Manager (Walt), the Service Manager (JT), the Repair Manager (Frank) and my pool technician (Gion) showed up at my home. They diagnosed the problem and instead of just ordering the parts and me not being able to use my pool in this horrific heat for several days, they drove and picked up the parts, got them installed and the pool is up and running great! I am in awe that these guys cared enough to come to my home to see first-hand what was going on with the equipment! Good Customer Service is so rare these days...... however Patriot has the right idea that's for sure!

A special thanks to Nicole, the office manager, as she orchestrated her team and got the job done efficiently and quickly.

I saw them stop in the middle of Lamar today to help a guy with a doggo that had gotten loose and was in heavy traffic. No way that dog would not be in heaven right now without these kind souls stopping to help.

I had a problem with my pump. Patriot technician showed up same day and repaired my pump. Thank you so much.

This is my second time to use Patriot Pools for service and both times they have been quick, friendly, honest, and at a fair price. They do quickly what others say will take a while or can't be done. Could not have been happier with their service. Thanks Colin and thanks Patriot.

If comprehensive, high quality, knowledgeable, responsive, and excellent pool service is what you seek, this is the company for you. They have kept our pool exceptionally clean, made sure our maintenance is in tip top shape, and have made my life easier. I cannot recommend enough!

We have used Patriot Pools for years, and have had Debbie clean our pool weekly for about 2 years. Debbie herself is very helpful, pleasant and friendly. She explains what she is doing with the pool chemicals and why. Debbie is very knowledgeable, hard working, and our pool is always spotless when she leaves. As a bonus, she is very pet friendly. Our dog gets so excited when Debbie comes for our weekly service visit!

I've just completed a year with Bobby from Patriot cleaning my pool. The service is terrific. I swim every day in the summer with Kaia, seen in the photo, awaiting warmer water. I've had other pool services and with an older pool surrounded by trees, you need a service that steps up, advises and communicates. I'm also lucky that Bobby doesn't mind a bit of poodle enthusiasm when he comes by.

Tyler and Tina were here today and gave us a perfect pool treatment. I understand Tina will be our new tech. Tyler introduced me to her and he is so pleasant and caring. We look forward to working with Tina.

These guys really do go the extra mile for their customers. I had an older single speed pump and older Aqualink board. The worst case scenario happened when the pump arced and went to the board as well. I had to replace both the pump and board. Chris answered question after question from me with great advice and answers. Maurice came out and installed the pump standalone just to get me back up and running as soon ad possible. Colin came out and did the board install and spent a lot of time getting everything right and up to date by installing new actuators and cables as well as the board. There was an issue with the pump due to some rain and both Chris and Maurice got up early on a Saturday and drove an hour into the office just to get a new pump for me installed for the Labor Day holiday weekend. If that’s not great customer service then I don’t know what is. These guys are simply the best! Very appreciative of their efforts!

We had Brian and Patrick come out to install a variable speed pump after our 20yr old single speed failed. They did a very thorough job, worked with remote support to be sure every thing was working properly and overall had a very good attitude and communication. The pump was very expensive and I was pleasantly surprised to get a note from Liz from Patriot that they would assist getting energy credit worth $300 from our utility. Highly recommend Patriot Pool.
