Xtra Maids do a very thorough job cleaning, they are friendly and they have a great price (I booked bi-weekly). Always on time, responsive to changes in dates/times and special requests.

I've used them and been very happy, the one time I was home when they cleaned it wasn't as well done, I think they simply feel more comfortable and do a super detailed job when they can have the home to them selves. And they do it fast!

Do not use their services. Complete shady business! I was at home during their "cleaning" services. I have a 4 bedroom 3 bath home. They cleaned the entire 1st floor. My 2nd floor has the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a game room. They ONLY cleaned the master bed and bath room upstairs. They didn't even touch the rest of the 2nd floor (game room, 2 other bed rooms, 1 bathroom). And I don't mean they didn't clean and I wasn't satisfied-they seriously didn't touch the remainder of the 2nd floor. I'm confused bc I thought I paid for an entire house clean?! Dog hair/dust all throughout the 2nd story floors, bath rooms untouched, not even the trash was taken out. Didn't even go into the 2 bedrooms to dust or sweep--NOTHING. The girls told me they were "done" and were about to leave. Finding this odd bc every cleaning service I've had experience with usually let you inspect the house first before they leave to make sure you're satisfied. Nope not this company! I told them to wait and I pointed out the untouched 2nd floor and they told me in their broken English "we're done, everything is clean". So I emailed and called Gabriel the owner and sent pictures of what wasn't done. I gave him a week to respond but nothing. This company asks for payment BEFORE they start cleaning and now I know why. They get your money and don't even clean the entire house. The fact that the owner is okay with his maids not cleaning the entire house show what a shady business this is. I have never had a cleaning service NOT go into rooms to clean! I have attached pictures of all the rooms the maids didn't go into. Sometimes you have a situation where you may not get a room cleaned the way you like-but to have the maids not even clean an inch of a few rooms (basically half of your house) should be illegal and this company shouldn't be allowed to even be in business.
See the pictures and you'll see how they didn't even bother after they got their money. The owner Gabriel received these pictures and my complaint and still not a word back from him-beware and stay away!

I had a wonderful experience with Gabriel and this team. Not only do they come on time, they are thorough cleaners and so nice to have in the house. My house has never been so clean. Five stars.

Since I only do light housework myself, every year or so I use Xtra Maid and their "Deep Clean" service to do a "cleaning reset". Fantastic work this year, as always! Not only is everything you expect to be clean, spotless (shower, sinks, toilets, floors, appliances, etc., etc.) but all of the "wow, they cleaned that?" stuff gets done as well. Tops of fan blades, dusting of shelves and shelves of collectables and knicknacks, cobweb removal from corners, the top of the refrigerator! Gabriel and his cleaning crews always do a 110% job!

I had Martha and Carmen come in for a move-out cleaning. They were on time, thorough and communicated quickly. It was easy to pay online and hassle free! I would hire Xtra Maid again.

We love this business. We always get the same hard working team every two weeks. They always do a much better cleaning than we could do ourselves. Gabriel is always accommodating to our needs for reschedules.

I've used them weekly for a year. These women are thorough and leave it spotless. They are professionals that get the job done always. It's 3500 sq.ft. So, it's a big job. I could never get it this clean. They are flexible if I need to change the schedule or have them come early or late. Gabriel is quick to respond via email, text or phone call. Their rates are excellent. I've called around. They're super reasonable.

Requested a move out clean and they were able to accommodate with the week. Correspondence with the owner was very informal, but I didn't mind. The clean was done well and there were no issues other than a single broken mini-blind. Price point was a third cheaper than other cleaning services I'd priced, so that was ultimately what made me choose them. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.
