Window cleaners Austin were great. I needed my windows cleaned due to my house going on the market and they fit me in very quickly. They took stickers off the windows which was really good. Those things are hard to take off!!

Our housekeepers are excellent. They are very through and make our house sparkle.

No show until after 11 am when we expected them for a make ready at 8am. My husband made several phone calls between 9:30 and 10 am...no answer, no return phone calls from the business. Yes..no answer! I called at 11 to both numbers on the website with two different voicemail messaging machines and then followed with an email when no answer received. Finally at 11:45, Gabriel called to inform us that the maids were already there and he'd sent 3. My husband had finally given up and gone to get something to eat not knowing what was going on. The maids were there on his return and left at 2pm...they claimed they had gotten there at 11. 3 maids, 3 supposed hours and an empty house for make ready.....baseboards were still dirty, the floor was barely clean...WE are now finishing the job to have it ready for showing. But, worse yet, when feedback was provided Gabriel took no accountability for the lack of communication, the inconvenience or the poor job...he simply blamed us. STAY AWAY from XTRA Maid...XTRA BAD! I'd give them a -1 star if that were an option.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE OWNER!!!! I chose this service because of the reviews and I have to say these reviews are paid reviews because Gabriel the owner is a horrible, rude, mannerless business owner. The email exchange between Gabriel and me was that I would need to pay $153 in cash. The ladies for cleaning were supposed to show up at 12 PM. When no one showed up until 12:15 I called Gabriel and he informed me they will be 20 to 30 mins late. No apologies, nothing. The ladies showed up 15 mins later and started working. Gabriel calls me a few minutes later, I thought he was calling to check if the ladies were there. Instead without any pleasantries he asks me "Did you pay the ladies". I said "Not yet, once they finish the service I will pay them with tip." He says, very rudely "Pay right now." I said "I'm sorry, but I will pay once the service is complete and I'm satisfied with the cleaning." He just hangs up on me, calls the ladies and asks them to leave. I call Gabriel back wondering if there was miscommunication and his response is that his policy is payment first, cleaning later. I asked him to "show me where you pay before a house cleaning service is complete" and he said no where and HUNG UP ON ME. I was polite and respectful to the ladies and to Gabriel and was extremely shocked by his rudeness and despicable behavior.
