I have had an excellent experience with Pure Magic Maids. Julie has been cleaning my apartment and she has amazing attention to detail and my house is so clean. Pure Magic Maids always communicates with me, arrives on time, and ensures that I am satisfied with my service before leaving. I highly recommend this business!

Oscar and his mother were lovely! They did an amazing job with my floors and had the place feeling immaculate. Would recommend!!

It was okay, they did a nice job cleaning basics (counters, floor, cabinets) but when it came to deep cleaning (showers, base board, blinds) i wouldn't say it was the best. The two associates we had were also deaf so hard to communicate, didn’t feel easy to tell them something needed more attention or was missed. Had to tell them to do certain areas which again was difficult but it got done in a rush so spots were still dirty. First time using this type of service (in general) and will be my last as I feel I could have done just the same.

Kammille and Jeanette did a wonderful job on my move out cleaning. Went above and beyond. Great personalities too

Pure Magic Maids came to our rescue when we sold our home of over 30 years and had to be out of it in less than a week...and it had to be clean! Pure Magic Maids tackled years of cats, dogs, cooking, messy hobbies, etc. in a day and left the home spotless and odor free for the new owner. Efficient, thorough, reasonable cost, and trustworthy.

We had a last minute need for our rental to be cleaned and Pure Magic did not disappoint. From the minute we spoke with someone all of our needs were met and they exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was beautiful, all the beds made with clean washed sheets, window beautiful and even our fridge and oven were fantastic. Thank you and will definitely be using you again

Jake was very attentive and responsive. The team that showed up (ontime) got straight to work, they were very meticulous and ocd about everything cleaning!! Great Job!! Will definitely use Pure Magic Maids again in the future if I have a need for cleaning services!

Pure Magic Maids was great. The team really went above and beyond for us. They even helped us change some lightbulbs that we hadn’t been able to reach for months.

My floors needed special care and it required coming out twice to get it completed to my satisfaction, which the company handled professionally. Ana was very receptive and did an overall wonderful job.

Friendly and efficient cleaning crew. Made a great effort to clean baseboards, light switches, door frames, windows, and ceiling fans in addition to regular cleaning. Would be 5 stars except had several inconsistent ETAs, didn't know when to expect the crew, and ultimately had to reschedule. But once they arrived they were really great!

I can’t say enough great things about this company! I needed a last-minute, same-day cleaning, and they delivered beyond my expectations. Not only were they incredibly responsive and accommodating, but the team was also professional, thorough, and efficient. They left my place spotless and smelling amazing—exactly what I needed during a stressful time. Finding a company that can jump in at the last minute and still provide top-tier service is rare. Pure Magic Maids did an outstanding job cleaning my house with a move out cleaning. Spots I never thought would come out, they got out. Very very thorough and in a timely manner. Also got the carpet cleaned. If you want the job done right, give Pure Magic Maids a call. Amazing customer service!

I had a very decent experience with Pure magic Maids.Jake was an absolute pleasure to work with and very flexible when needed. My refrigerator was having mold and he worked very hard to get out.I highly recommend them for any of the cleaning needs and I will be using them again.

I can’t speak for the cleaning quality because I didn’t get one. However, you can’t trust their prices. They quoted me $110 for a recurring monthly cleaning of my small apartment- and this quote was given to me 2 weeks ago. I have written proof. Today they asked me to give a credit card on file so they could charge a 50 percent deposit. I confirmed that 50 percent would mean they’d charge $55 today and $55 later? At which point they responded with, due to inflation we now charge $200 per cleaning.

It’s their right to go up on prices if they want. However, you increased your price almost 100 percent in 2 weeks time and you were going to charge my card and not tell me? I had to ask? Anyways, they wasted my time because I could have found someone else weeks ago.

Cleaners exceeded our expectations! Deep cleaned our 2100 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home meticulously! Looks and feels great. Will definitely book consistent standard cleaning to maintain their hard work. Thanks again!
