Maybe I'm a clean freak, but it was not worth the $200 I paid for a standard clean. It did not help that the cleaner said "oh this'll only take an hour". It made me feel a little ripped off. I guess I'm used to the neighborhood cleaning person, which is my fault.

Absolutely Outstanding Service!

Today was my very first time hiring a professional cleaning service, and I could not be more impressed. I had the pleasure of working with Annabelle from So Fresh So Clean, and she exceeded every expectation. She came into my home with professionalism, respect, and a clear commitment to excellence.

Annabelle completed a thorough deep clean that left my home spotless, refreshed, and smelling amazing. She paid attention to every detail, followed all of my household preferences, and worked with both her own products and mine seamlessly. She even went above and beyond by taking out the trash, dusting every corner, and ensuring no detail was overlooked.

Her trustworthy and respectful demeanor gave me complete peace of mind. After being away from my home for two months, I was amazed at how she transformed the space. The difference was night and day—I could not believe how much dust and buildup she eliminated.

Very odd to receive such a formal and polite response after the owner (?) texted me at 9PM on a weekend to personally harass me for leaving my review. I asked for a call during business hours Monday and he continued to send me messages, asking me to remove my review.

This level of unprofessionalism is frightening to me, as these people have my home address. If they're comfortable texting their customers like this after business hours, what else are they comfortable with? I have turned off my debit card, because one of the reasons I had such a poor experience was that they called me during my clean to say that they couldn't finish *and* they wanted to charge an additional $300.00

It is interesting to me that I received this text instead of a phone call to better understand the customer experience, and see what could be done to make it right. Were it my business, I would have called and offered a follow-up service to finish the job, or a partial refund. Thankfully, it's not my business, and I never have to think of it again.

No business is perfect, but as stated in my original review, this business owner does not have the finesse to handle residential customers.

After the cleaners left the job unfinished on Thursday, I called the business back to point out that my light fixtures and stove had been left unassembled. The owner came on the line and introduced himself as such, "I'm the owner, this came all the way to me, let's get this over with and get everyone happy." When I mentioned I was cleaning my house out of fear that the job would be left undone, he spoke over me relentlessly to say, "I'm going to interrupt, not to be rude. You don't need to clean, we're going to finish." Well, like I told you, it is rude to interrupt, and it's even more rude to interrupt to offer a false promise of a clean home. They came back Saturday, the last night we were sleeping in our home, and left after dark with the job incomplete. I had to stay up late cleaning when I should have been enjoying the last night in my house.

If I receive any positive communication from the owner, I'll update this review. Any negative texts like the one pictured are just going to be ignored. What a nightmare.

I'm genuinely scared to post this update because this guy is going to start blowing my phone up at 9pm again.

I believe the business lacks the personal finesse for residential services. I had a bad and strange experience that dragged out over many days and ended with me here now cleaning my house 12 hours before we move in the morning. Next time I'll spend my $450 on childcare and I'll do the job myself. The housekeeper assigned was talented but overworked. During the final walkthrough there were so many details missed that I just couldn't keep hounding this poor lady. I just let her go home... Odd things were thrown away, like my daughter's sippy cup, my paint brushes (despite being next to a gallon of paint, despite me mentioning painting 50 times), my cleaning rags on my kitchen counter, my pets food in the freezer, a speciality baby item in the freezer. We were outside packing the entire time and could have been handed a box or bag of things that were clearly not garbage, but I think she was just so exhausted she didn't even think about it. I literally had to dig through the trash so I could touch up paint tonight. Honestly it just goes on and on. I'm just so, so, SO disappointed. I feel very badly for the housekeepers who are clearly being overworked.

I was incredibly impressed with So Fresh So Clean TX! The team did a deep and thorough job, leaving every corner of my home spotless. Their customer service was outstanding. Extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again in the future!

Jessica is great. Works diligently and timely. This is my second time with her and I didn’t have to remind her of anything. I sent pics of my Christmas mess and she said ‘no problem’. She worked carefully with my things and now my house is sparkling. If you need a cleaner Jessica is your gal!

Cierra H was amazing! She was VERY thorough and very polite! THE HOUSE LOOKS SO GOOD. We have a cat and a dog and she w as very friendly with them both. I highly recommend using this team again, especially Cierra!

I manage 3 Airbnb cabins in Wimberley, TX and finding So Fresh So Clean was one of the best decisions for our family owned business. Ray, the owner, is an excellent coordinator and handles all of the scheduling so it’s one less thing I have to worry about when managing our rentals. Highly recommend hiring them! Shoutout to Monica and Brittney for always doing an exceptional cleaning job with our cabins!

I luckily found so fresh so clean and they sent Carolina who completely transformed my apartment!!! I was so pleased to she all the progress she made. I am a single adult with two jobs and a growing pup! She made me feel like I could trust her imminently and I felt comfortable leaving to run a few errands. Thank y’all so much!!!

I booked So Fresh So Clean for a Deep Clean of my 1400 sqft home which came out to about $370 before tip (including a first-time discount, so would have otherwise been $420).

When I returned home, my bed was not made, the trash was not taken out, there was dust and dirt on surfaces, baseboards and ceiling fans were not cleaned, lint/hair was on the floor, and cleaning supplies were left behind.

I was asked by SFSC to provide feedback, so I sent photos to the owner and kindly requested a refund. He called me the next day, profusely apologized and admitted that this was not up to their standards. He said there was a "glitch" in the system that booked me for a Standard Clean instead of a Deep Clean. Even if that is the case, I would still assume this was not up to their standards. That said, I appreciated the quick response, apology, and acknowledgement of the mess up.

What I didn't appreciate, however, is that he was extremely hesitant to refund me and instead insisted on having them come back to re-do the clean. For obvious reasons, I did not want this cleaning crew coming back, nor did I have the time in my schedule. I politely pushed back as best as I could and only managed to get a $50 refund, which is pretty unbelievable. I understand mistakes happen, but I shouldn't have had to pay. Good customer service would have been providing me a refund no questions asked. Instead, I paid $320 and cleaned the house myself.

The team did an amazing job and our home looks spring fresh. Great work and highly effective and efficient performance to get the home in great shape in just a few hours.

Corolina did an excellent job cleaning our home. The kitchen and bathrooms were in rough shape and she made them look like new. Ray was very accommodating and made sure we were completely satisfied. Will use again!

Great cleaning done on a 960 sq ft apartment. They cleaned the bathrooms very well and made sure to dust. Would definitely use again.

Update: Hired them biweekly. Great cleans, stick to the checklist and trust them without me being there. Will use them for a while!

I hired So Fresh So Clean TX for a move out clean. Their professionalism from the admin staff before and after the clean was exceptional. The cleaners did a great job! Highly recommend.

I made an appointment for So Fresh So Clean to clean my parents condo, they are in their 80's, and keep their condo clean and tidy, but needed someone to come in to do a deep clean by dusting all the blinds, baseboards, closet shelves, etc. plus the regular cleaning. Samantha came out and did an outstanding job. My parents were so happy with the results and how professional and hardworking Samantha was. They will definitely have her out again.

We’ve used this company several times and they do such an amazing job every single time! Our house always feels so clean and refreshed and it’s great to come home to. They pay attention to little details and it really shows. So thankful we found them, we’ll be customers for life!

Carolina and Gabe did a great job getting our rental ready for the next tenant. Gabe removed several spots when shampooing our carpet so it can be used for it's expected life.
