This review is thru my daughters google account but this company does a great job cleaning my house and my moms apartment. Cleaning pros are friendly and thorough and hardworking and don’t mind that we are all in the house when they’re here!! 😊. Millie is great to work with and extremely responsive. Recommend!

Millie, the owner is very nice and responsive! I had no issues getting set up with monthly cleans. I needed someone to help with the big scrubbing in the bathrooms and kitchen. I’ve had the same two team members come and they’ve done a great job! They’ve been friendly, professional, thoughtful of our personal items, and careful not to spook the cats.

Millie at MaidPro was so helpful and professional when I called to book an appointment. Her team of ladies showed up to my house on time and exceeded my expectations! Everything was thoroughly cleaned and ready for our guests who were arriving the next day. I will most definitely be using Maid Pros services again in the future!

Hands down the best cleaning service I have ever experienced. Not only was the cleaning great but the customer service from Millie was exceptional. They cleaned for our rental house that is in another state and that never phased them one bit to do everything virtually. Sweetest people ever! I highly recommend MaidPro!!

I reached out very last minute to see if they were available for a next day move out service and Millie was very helpful and accommodating. We are selling our house in a rush so we had lots of moving pieces in play and they were able to work around all of them (wet paint, photographers, packing/moving). Excellent job with the cleaning! MaidPro did a fantastic job doing a move-in cleaning for our new home. The sellers had left the house mostly clean, but there were some problem areas like the outside refrigerator that were very messy. We had some scheduling constraints and we weren't sure what time we'd be available to open the property for them to clean, but they were very responsive and highly flexible even when they had to spend time waiting for someone to let them in. Courteous, communicative, and very professional! Thanks again, team!

Reyna, Katherine, and Goodoluro (sp?) arrived within the time I was given. They started working immediately and efficiently and professionally cleaned my 2 story home. They asked me to check their work before they left to ensure I was satisfied. When I told one of them it was not necessary to turn down any of the beds in the future, she tried to remake it! I highly recommend MaidPro for your housecleaning needs. Reyna, Katherine, and Goodoluro were outstanding, and I hope this team comes for my next cleaning.

I’ve been using MaidPro for several months, with a cleaning every 3 weeks on average. Initially, it was great, but then it started to get inconsistent. I’ve learned that it really depends on the cleaner you get. One of the teams, who started with us at the beginning, is really great. But then others were sent in their place and we started to have all kinds of weird things happen - streaks left all over the hard floors and counters, hairs left in the bathrooms (not the hair of anyone living in the house), one of the cleaners calling to tell us after they left that they accidentally left a coke in our freezer and that we should take it out before it exploded, marks on the corners of the walls, etc. Also sometimes the teams are talking on the phone or listening to something on their phone while my partner and I were both working from home. Finally, our cleanings are on Friday, and when I emailed the staff - specifically Chelsy - on Friday around 6:30 PM, they responded on Monday to tell me that I would have had to call them within 24 hours of cleaning to get a re-clean. When I told them I did reach out within 24 hours, they told me that their office closes on Friday at 5PM and on Saturday at 12:30PM. The whole situation made no sense, and the staff offered no kind of refund / compensation even though I spent hours re-cleaning the house myself over the weekend.

We’re continuing for now but only with the first team that did a good job and was respectful of the space. We’ll see what the future holds. I’d recommend trying another service before you go to MaidPro, which holds itself to questionable standards across the board.

They do a great job! Very thorough. After they left, I continued to notice all the amazing details. The two women who came to clean my place obviously enjoy what they do and have a lot of experience.

So we just moved into a large new home and the previous tenant didn’t leave things in a good condition, and the landlord didn’t hire any cleaners. I shopped around and found mystik. I am so glad I did. They did a fantastic job, cleaning everything and with close detail. It took them a few hours and the place really needed a good scrubbing. We are very pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend them. I thought the cost was very fair, especially compared to some other options that didn’t even have carpet shampooing services for the same price if not more expensive. 10/10 recommend!!!!
