Mystik customer service has been exceptional across the board. Maria was very helpful in organizing a time to get the team out to get my Airbnb prepared and ready. There was a bit of miscommunication or lack of communication between their headquarters and people on the ground in terms of ensuring the pantries were cleaned out and the garbage facility area was clean. They also do not remove extra garbage that does not fit in your personal garbage. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be hiring them again.
