I’ve used this team for our rental units in Dallas and now regularly in Austin — always impressed. Scheduling is hassle-free, the places are spotless, and their communication is lightning fast. They actually pick up the phone and text back quickly, which makes things so much smoother. Definitely a go-to company for us.

I recently used Swept Up Cleaning for an apartment Move Out and was pleased with the service. My request for a quote was responded to promptly. The company was very communicative and I was able to get scheduled for next day service.

Carlos and his team did a really good job doing a deep clean of our home prior to us hosting Thanksgiving!! They got in all the nooks and cranny’s and I have 2 labs so they did a ton of dusting. It was great!

For the love of everything that you cherish, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They were scheduled for 9-11 AM arrival, at 10:45 when I asked an ETA they were asking to confirm that the cleaners made it to my house and they had not. Waited another 15 minutes for them to determine that they went to a different house and they would be on their way in 20-30 minutes from 11 AM. I requested a discount since this is unprofessional behavior and they were not on time. 30+ minutes pass and still no cleaners, so I called to cancel. I was assured the cleaning was cancelled however at 12 I had people knocking on my door assuming they were still going to clean. I told them it was cancelled and they barely spoke any English. Come to find out hours later I get an email that I’ve been charged a cancellation fee of $50. I called again requesting ALL charges be removed and refunded as I did not receive ANY service. If I hadn’t have checked my email they would have profited $50 off of me still. Do not recommend this terrible company - save yourself and don’t use them.

They are amazing. We had to reschedule multiple times and he was able to accommodate every single time. After the cleaner came and serviced our home I was so impressed once I got home, how it looked!!!! The restroom was spotless, not nothing left or stain left behind . The kitchen was the cleanest it ever been. And the cute thing they did with the toilet paper just made me smile. they are awesome! Will definitely use them again. And recommend

My cleaner, Angela, did a fantastic job with my move-out clean! I was so impressed especially for the cost. Overall, Swept Up was very responsive and worked around some unexpected challenges that presented themselves on the day of the clean. I will definitely go with them again!

Swept up did a phenomenal job with my rush request. I reached out Monday and needed my place move out cleaned the next day. They were very responsive in getting details for my service and even reached out after the fact and provided updates. In addition, the cleaner who came, Amara K. did an amazing job. In truth, she did a better job than the landlord did before we moved in. One thing I appreciated was that she set aside anything that seemed remotely of value right at the door step. I would recommend their services to anyone and will more than likely use them again.

Swept Up is THE best. We got a deep clean and everything was perfect. Never had cleaners leave my house so clean and organized. I love that they are run by a local family and the communication was easy breezy. Can’t wait for the next cleaning.

I had my floors replaced throughout my house and came home to a major dust storm inside my house. I could barely breathe it was so thick in the air. I called and spoke with Esmari and she sent Carlos the very next day! He and is crew were very quick and efficient and knew exactly how to tackle the job! Thank you for the excellent customer service Esmari provided, I felt like she was a friend I had not yet met. And especially the quick booking especially at the holiday peak!
