ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Carlos did such a great job! Got the move out service with steam clean for the carpets. The house looked better than when I moved in. Everyone was very communicative and kind! If even slightly interested, I highly recommend calling and asking for a quote! The moment I called, they had me sold that this was the company I was gonna with!

We had our house deep cleaned and Amara did an amazing, thorough job. She was on time and professional and made our house feel new. We’re so happy with Swept Up. It’s so easy to see upcoming appointments, make payments and to communicate with them. This is our second time working with them and we’re so impressed.

Our cleaner Stacy was amazing!! We were gifted a cleaning from the in-laws with the arrival of our baby. Not really having the time/capacity to do a deep clean at the end of my pregnancy, it was such a beautiful moment to come home with our new baby and our house immaculate!

I was a little bit nervous about hiring a company I didn’t know much about. I read the reviews and heard how great this company was. I called just yesterday and spoke to the most nicest customer service rep that you will ever come in contact with. She kept in touch with me by phone, text and email and made me feel very comfortable about booking. I know I’m gonna misspell her name. Asmarie. They got me booked today and let me tell you Stacey the lady that came out to clean, she left my home immaculate. It is so clean. She put everything back in place. She was so friendly, trustworthy and kind to come in contact with. This will be my new cleaning company and I do want Stacey from now on!

Carlos and his crew arrived right on time and did an excellent job of deep cleaning my 4000sqft home. We walked thru when they arrived and talked about particular areas for special attention. No more dust on my woodwork, ceiling fans and lights. My microwave has never been this clean. And my shower glass is clear again! Communication was excellent from the cleaning team and admin at Swept Up. Scheduling was super easy, prices are fair. Checklists from their website make it easy to see what's included with the price. I added cleaning the inside of my oven while they were still here, no problem. Couldn't be happier with my sparkly clean home and will sign up for recurring maintenance cleaning!

I’ve never used a cleaning company before and WOW I never realized how filthy my old apartment was until I saw the before & after photos especially in the kitchen area and bathroom/shower. So thankful for the help especially since I didn’t want to go through the hassle & annoyance of cleaning my old apartment as I was moving into a new one. Carlos did an excellent job on the move-out cleaning and overall the company was very communicative! Also super easy to book online and all services are clear. Would definitely use Swept Up Cleaning again!

First off, I don’t think I have ever written a review for a company. Secondly, this is by far the worst professional cleaning I have ever experienced. They spent three hours at my home and somehow did not even touch my shower or bathroom floors. When I contacted the company they responded with their own pictures telling me that what I’m seeing was up to their standard of service. They said any residue that was left in the shower simply couldn’t be removed! I had the shower door spotless in 5 minutes with a rag and windex. I can guarantee they did not even attempt to touch my shower. Then let’s look at the bed, they sent me back that picture and said it was up to their standard. Does that look like the bed-making of a $250 professional cleaning service? After going back and forth with them for two days, they finally offered me a $25 refund without ever offering to come out and fix their subpar work. I ended up just doing it myself. Do not ever use this company.

UPDATE: After leaving this review, the owner, John, reached out to me personally. He was very understanding and admitted the initial job and response was handled poorly. He immediately arranged for his team to come back and completely redo my bathroom. The second time through, they did a fantastic job, meeting the high standards I expected. I truly appreciate John's initiative in calling and his commitment to rectifying the situation to my complete satisfaction.

They did a wonderful job for our move-out clean and were extremely communicative to me on the day! They approved extra needed time with me and they were able to do a great job with our top areas of concern (the fridge!). Thank you so much!

This service does a consistently wonderful job! They are professional, easy to work with and do a very thorough job. Since the company decided to accuse my partner’s review of being fake rather than accepting criticism and taking responsibility for the poor service we received, I am left with no choice but to leave another in depth review about our experience with Boardwalk Cleaning Co.

We were quoted over $200 for 2 hours of cleaning. Our first cleaning service was provided on 3/19/25, and although the crew did a good job with our first cleaning, when I got home from work I noticed the plastic framing on our dishwasher has been broken and thrown out without any notice. Despite this, we continued our service on a semi weekly basis, but the quality of service seemed to go down with every visit. On our third cleaning, the same crew as the initial clean came back. Once again, when I got home I noticed a spoon rest that was normally kept on top of our stove was missing, and a couple ceramic trivets were not in the drawer they were usually stored in. This prompted me to reach out to their customer service line on 4/22/25, not to cancel the service, but to request that this specific crew not be sent to our home in future cleanings. The representative over the phone told me she was taking notes of my complaint and that someone would reach back out later that day to confirm that a different crew would be coming to clean our home. No one ever called back. The next day 4/23/25, I reached back out to their customer service line and was offered no apology for the multiple pieces of broken items, and was simply told the same crew would not be sent to my home again. The crew was sent to our home again only 2 weeks later.

Not only did their customer service fall short of the stellar reviews we read when selecting a cleaning service, they did an increasingly poor job cleaning each time they came, with us often finding debris and dirt on the floor and countertops right after the crew left (please see pictures taken on the day the cleaning service was provided). The crews never once provided the full 2 hours of cleaning we paid for, regularly leaving 25-35 minutes early.

I find it very interesting that Jessica was unable to find any record of our complaints or a situation matching our experience considering I was told over the phone that notes were being taken and our concerns would be addressed. I would suggest that rather than spending countless hours responding to google reviews, Boardwalk Cleaning Co should instead invest this time into providing actual customer service and taking client complaints seriously.

Unfortunately not satisfied with this service and will be booking elsewhere next time. We paid $$$ for the "Move in Cleaning" which is supposed to include a thorough list of items that will be cleaned. After they left we discovered dirty baseboards, cobwebs in closets, cobwebs hanging from the cabinets, food and dirt still on the floor, dirty backsplash. Considering the cost of this cleaning, I would say it's not worth it since we ended up having to finish cleaning ourselves. After photos included.

Phone operator was thorough and made sure to understand what I wanted, cleaning crew was very thorough and did an incredible job in my kitchen. Huge improvement!

Also I want to mention Jennifer and Carina, they’re amazing and I love it when I get them too. Very detailed. When I see them arrive I just know it’s going to be a great clean.
