The person who provided our apartment move-out cleaning arrived just a little after the scheduled time, but I always give people a 15 minute window due to living in a gated apartment complex, so no issue with that as far as I'm concerned. Ms. Castillo took approximately two hours, the expected amount of time for our size apartment. She was very pleasant. I would have given Austin's Maid Service 5 stars, except for the oven not appearing to be cleaned out. The stovetop was spic and span, but when I opened the oven I noticed a few spilled burn residue still on the bottom of the oven. I didn't say anything mainly because I was pressed for time and felt the stains weren't that significant. I figured if the apt people made an issue of it I would have told them to deduct it from my deposit. Everything else, fridge/freezer were spotless. I would use their services again and would highly recommend Austin Maid Services based off my experience with them. And the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received from other cleaning services. Two thumbs up from me!!!

I have been using Austin’s Maid service for about 2 years for biweekly cleans. They’re great — efficient, good service, and very easy to schedule and modify via phone or text. They send the same cleaner for every appointment, so she knows my house and preferences. Very happy with them.

Austin's Maid Service is amazing! The customer service is wonderful! They are easy to schedule with and the cleaning is amazing! I have called last minute and they still are able to fit me in. I have been so happy with the sweet ladies that come out. They are friendly, professional, and consistent. They are always early and so happy to help when I add small little things. This is a excellent cleaning service and I am so thankful for them!

Very impressed with the move-out cleaning my apartment received! Austin's Maid service did a thorough job cleaning my entire apartment from floor to ceiling! They also have very competitive prices and I was able to schedule them with just a few days notice. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a maid service!

I needed a “move-out” clean for a property that was being rented by a dog owner, and boy did this team nail it! Even our Realtor, who has used a different cleaning company for years, said our home looked amazing.

No problems with arrival time or missed areas. And great communication from the admin team. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Had a good first experience however several things that shouldn't have been missed were. (Shower wasn't cleaned in 2 bathrooms). Overall the ladies did a great job. Would be five stars if they hadn't missed a few things.

I have scheduled an appointment today with Austin’s maid service team for my apartment move-out cleaning. I was utterly disappointed with the way the job was done. Very poor work, I never write any reviews or vent anger on businesses in the public forums as that would impact their business, but I felt this needed to go out. I was told the whole job will take approximately 3-4 hours at the time of appointment, but in less than 2 hours the person told it was done. If someone is very effective and efficient they can do it quickly or if the work was done in poor way they can wrap it up quickly. In this case it is the later one. On the website they have published check list of items that will be done for move-out cleaning, not even 70% of those tasks are done. Definitely not going here again!

I used this company a couple of weeks ago to schedule a move out cleaning when I moved from my apartment. I was SO impressed with everyone in the company. From the person that I spoke to on the phone to schedule the appointment, the email reminders and calendar invites to make sure the appointment was in the books, to the cleaning person who was on time and did a FANTASTIC job. And it was all for the best price I could find. I will definitely be using them again!

My wife and I have been using the service for the last few years. They have been incredibly responsive for rescheduling. It has never been an issue for us. The cleaners always leave our house so nice and respectable. 10/10 would recommend.

Good price, and great service! They gave me a quote right away. I contacted them on Friday, and were able to do my move-out cleaning on Monday. They were prompt and did a great job, my place looks cleaner than it ever has. My husband said e should have scheduled them for a move-in cleaning at our new place too.

While they do a great job cleaning, they have shown up late MULTIPLE times. It is pretty frustrating and for that reason I am canceling my service. This last time she was an hour late and blamed it on “traffic”… at 10 am on a Tuesday. Spoiler alert, there was no traffic.

Over the last 6 years I've tried several house cleaning services and while the cleaning itself was usually comparable, Austin's Maid Service stands out from the rest due to the level of professionalism and the great value. Their rates are competitive in the market, and they've ALWAYS shown up on time or early for my 1x a month cleaning.
They've been really easy to work with when I've needed to add extra days or move appointments around. One little thing they do that I LOVE is that they send me a reoccurring calendar invite, so schedule is clear on both sides and a reminder comes out the week of the service. Simple things like this mean a lot to me, I've struggled in the past communicating with cleaners who forgot, or were late, etc. With Austin's Maid Service I feel reassured that my cleaners will arrive on time and will do a fabulous job. The cleaners arrived on-time, worked quickly, got our house nice and clean. We've initiated a regular clean with them. Price was very affordable. Very happy!

The cleaning was great and extremely thorough. I’m taking off two stars because one of the people who came to clean seemed very sick. She was coughing and sniffling the entire four hours and it’s extremely frustrating to have to deal with. I would assume that if an employee wasn’t feeling well then she would stay at home, instead of putting everyone in the house at risk of catching whatever she has. It was extremely frustrating especially because her job includes touching basically everything in the house. I would hope another household wouldn’t have to experience this.

My house is SO clean! They do a better job than when I cleaned. They also don't charge as much as other services. The glass shower has 0 soap scum. They clean the normal things but als cleaned the microwave, overhead lights, window ledges. I absolutely love the service we get!
