I had a very dirty balcony from my dog and Lorena was able to clean it and make it look brand new! She tirelessly cleaned to improve the balcony and I really appreciate it! I needed a deep or sparkling clean at the casa. On short notice, they did a great job. Came home from work and floors, cabinets, surfaces were clean. Awesome for someone who is always working and playing away from the house. I will consider a quarterly clean with these Sparkly Maid.

Had some wood flooring pulled up throughout the house and replaced. There was dust from sanding everywhere and I wanted the new floors shined up. They did an excellent job! Dusted ceiling fans and window sills. It smelled lovely when I recentered my home too!

Sparkly Maid Service always does a FANTASTIC job! I consider myself to be a very tidy person but I have three animals so a couple times a year it is amazing to have the professionals come in and really give it that extra elbow grease!

I had honestly let my home get prettttyyyy bad with pet hair and dust but these gals weren’t phased and didn’t judge my dirty house. I hired them for recurring services and highly recommend!

The cleaning service was excellent! The maid did a great job from start to finish — all the dust was wiped away, the bathrooms looked spotless with the toilets scrubbed and scum completely gone, and the sink was left sparkling. Even small touches stood out, like the polished coffee table that looked brand new. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Amazing! After several bad experiences with other companies, I can definitely say that this service is the best I have found in the Austin area. They are super communicative throughout the entire booking and cleaning process. Lorena did an amazing job cleaning my house. It was spotless. She also did a walkthrough at the end to make sure I was satisfied with every area. Even the places that could easily be missed she got. She was very professional and nice. It was obvious that she was trained very well and was experienced…which is important. I have a marble bathroom, which is sensitive to certain cleaners and has been destroyed by other cleaning companies, and she used the exact right products and cleaned it very well. I would highly recommend Sparkly Maid to anyone in the area looking for cleaners they can trust. I don’t think they are the cheapest out there but definitely worth the extra money.

This was our first experience with a cleaning company. We wanted someone to come in and do a deep clean of our apartment and it turned out amazing!! We had Ruth as our cleaner and she was so sweet and did a wonderful job!! We have 2 kitties at home and they also seemed to love Ruth!! We will be booking again soon! I also love that there is a number that you can text to communicate with the cleaning service which makes everything so easy.

I got the premium cleaning after hosting a Halloween party, they did a fantastic job. I asked for same day service and they were able to accommodate. The cleaner showed up on time and worked quickly and thoroughly! 10/10, I would use them again in the future.
