Getting a quote and booking online was so easy. Wendy was assigned to me and was great. She was ontime and did an awesome job cleaning so I could comfortable move in to a clean home. I'd definitely recommend Austin Maid Service.

Received a move-out cleaning twice when moving apartments and Maria did a phenomenal job both times! The service is wonderful. I would highly recommend Austin's Maid Service for anyone looking for a great, deep clean of their homes for a reasonable price.

I had some cleaning done today - I got the package with all the bells and whistles (refrigerator, windows, etc..).

I'm already a clean person, this was something to really get rid of most of the dust and such that builds up over time.

As you can see from the images taken as soon as I got back:

1. There was a lot of dust and dirt left over
2. Windows weren't cleaned
3. Glass in shower was still dirty

And then unpictured is that they didn't clean the fridge, either... I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that after you get home from a cleaning that you don't see stuff like this everywhere... very upsetting.

Ladies spoke Mainly Spanish. This was helpful as that I could be sure that the one cleaner understood what I previously told her. Floors and bathrooms Cleaned well. The ladies appear to have done an excellent job from what I can tell as I stay busy during the days. I recommend Austin’s Maids.

Wow! Booked a one time cleaning on a Wednesday night for a Thursday morning. Total last minute as I had girls coming home from college and family arriving Friday for Thanksgiving. Break. They did an amazing job! Highly recommend.

I've booked the most expensive cleaning + added a generous tip, hoping for a great service. As a result, no cleaning was completed at all and a manager Sydnie refused to refund my money.
That is on top of one company employee assuring me that I will get an amazing service, and another employee accusing me of lying, and yelling at me over the phone.
So, I was charged ~$400 for humiliation over the phone and no cleaning.

Seemed to do a great job from what I could tell. The oven had years of grime but it looked great afterward. Was a fair price compared to others I researched as well!

Only complaint would be that there was a stain from plant water that leaked on the wall that I was hoping they'd attempt to get out but it doesn't look like they tried.

I've used them for years for move out cleanings, and every time they do a phenomenal job. My place is always spotless and smells great. They are quick, affordable, and charge a flat rate rather than by the hour. Can't recommend them enough!

Heavily over-priced for moveout cleaning that took 2 hours. I get why the price is so high but expect EACH ITEM on the invoice to be done and this is not what happened.

Great job! One or two things were missed like the coffee press but we are very pleased.

Amazing service! They were able to deep clean my 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home in 2 hours, including floor boards and windows. I am totally satisfied!

My family has been using Austin’s Maid Service since 2016. Ginger & her crew are nice & I appreciate that they have cleaned my house well for so long. I have never had a problem with them. My house is sparkling clean. Give Ginger a call!!

Easy enough to get setup and pleasant enough on the phone. Cleaners have shown up on time.

However. After my initial clean I noticed a few things that were missed. Some things not dusted, vent not cleaned. The baseboards were not cleaned, even though they were supposed to be, but I also wasn’t charged for them, so I let that go. But I was overall happy and responded to Ginger’s automated followup email letting them know what was missed and told them to not worry about coming back out and to just get it next time. And tipped. No response.

Next time comes around and the same things are missed. The same half of a lamp isn’t dusted. Tops of cabinets. Lights. Exact same stuff. Plus a cobweb has appeared between the kitchen base cabinet and floor. And a cobweb on my fan, so I guarantee those weren’t cleaned.

On top of that, the note I wrote to the cleaner was ignored and thrown away, with none of the 5 simple instructions followed, except for one (telling her that the bedsheets were in the dryer). Things I explicitly said to not throw away were put in the trash, and my trash was left in my exterior hallway. Which could have gotten me a fine. But at least since they were left in the hall, instead of the trash chute I provided a map to, I was able to see something on the top that was not supposed to be thrown away. Now I’m having to dig in the trash, just in case. Cool. Not to mention, she was only there for half the time she was paid for, so it’s not like she was taking initiative folding my clothes or cleaning the fridge or something. Nope, just left after doing a mediocre job. Now I’m annoyed.

I once again respond to the automated followup message, with photos of the spaces. No response, so I email Sydnie to make sure they got the previous feedback. They did not. Ok, technical issues happen. So I sent it to her directly. She schedules someone else to come by to fulfill their satisfaction guarantee and I send her photos of some of the problem areas.

None of the issues were fixed! Not even the spiderweb. Someone did come by, and they mopped/swept/something like that and lazily dusted a few areas, but none were the ones I mentioned.

Really appreciated the service provided by Austin's Maid Service. They arrived on time, and did a great job cleaning the areas of my apartment that I needed. Really liked that I was able to book next day service when I called. Will definitely be using them again!
