My cleaning service was an exceptional experience. The ladies did an INCREDIBLE job and I will definitely be booking with them again. They were so thorough. I am so grateful for their very hard and detailed work making my space look so nice and clean.

Absolutely terrible. Paid for 4 hours of service and they tried leaving well before the 3rd hour was up. Had to ask repeatedly to clean things that I was told had already been cleaned but they would “do again” - only to have it left dirty (visible stains, dirt and dust). They disappeared with 1 hour still on the clock and lots of cleaning to be done. We requested a deep cleaning service and got anything but. We’re out the money and the time because we’re stuck doing the cleaning they failed to do.

From the process of scheduling all the way through the cleaning, the service was fantastic! They worked with me to get a very specific time set for the cleaning of my sons apartment so we could meet the turning in of the keys deadline the next day! Highly recommend and would definitely use again!

Great service, I'm completely satisfied, they do a deep cleaning everywhere around my home, I recommend them very much!

I also must say that they're trustable people, you can leave the house and nothing will be taken away.

They invest all the time necessary to make the house clean and look great, so you can feel comfortable.

In the bathrooms for example, they make sure that are disinfected, clean, and shiny.

The rooms: everything on it's place, the carpets vacuumed, no sign of dust.

The kitchen: everything washed, they removed all the grease of the oven and the kitchen, floors deeply cleaned.

For sure I will get the service again!!

Cassandra was great! We do keep our house fairly clean but with my husband and I both working full time it has been so hard for us to do so & want to do it. We did a deep clean service and she got everything that we asked her to specifically do and she did is so darn well!!!! We will definitely have her back for a more consistent cleaning.. definitely recommend her! She is super kind, professional and respectful of your home.. thank you thank you!!!

Great cleaning! Our place feels, looks and smells great. Both people were very detailed and took their time cleaning every surface/ removing and replacing things on counters, sweeping and vacuuming. Made sure we looked everything over and were satisfied before they left. Very impressed and happy with the service!

Horrible experience. Had one person show up to clean my home and they were done in less than 2 hours (approx 1500sqft). Home was not clean! When I contacted them, they offered 10% discount on next clean with promise to send 2 people. This week they did send two people, but they were done in 1 hour. Still had the same issues from first clean. Food not cleaned off the floor. The hair on the shower wall was left after first clean AND second clean. Furniture clearly not dusted. Built up grime in shower on door and on track. Cat hair in tub but car was locked in another bedroom. And they didn’t give me the promised 10% discount. I have now cancelled and do NOT recommend.

Do not use this service. They came and threw my things in the trash. Medication, brand new unopened items were thrown away. They tossed things in my garage-toaster, dog bed, trash. They threw away ALL my bathroom items-shampoo, waterpic, electric toothbrush, unopened scrub brushes, shower curtain liners,It was insane. They went into my cabinet to do it. I couldn’t understand. I left my phone number. When I reached out, they said my house was so dirty they considered not taking the job. I told them they shouldn’t have. I asked for a refund to no avail. They refused to respond to the Better Business Bureau. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
I would have given 0 but it’s not an option.

You also lie. I never left that note. I have a copy of the note and when you brought it up the first time you lied then. Shame, shame , shame on you. And all you offered was the tip. And it’s also a lie that you were here for 12 hrs. You should be embarrassed for lying so blatantly.
