The team was friendly, accommodating, and did an incredible job with my move-out cleaning. I've tried several cleaning services before, but none of them can really compare to Lone Star’s quality and attention to detail.

My experience was poor to put it kindly. From my first inquiry Tanner was difficult to communicate with; I should have known to book with someone who was more responsive but I was moving and didn't have time to get quotes or inquire elsewhere.

I tried clarifying multiple times what was included with a "move-in" cleaning, Tanner sent a pdf with a checklist of what's included. My cleaning was on Friday 4/25 and I moved in on Saturday 4/26 to find some items on the checklist were not actually cleaned. The floors looked somewhat clean, but I also noticed hair and a bobby pin on the guest bathroom floor in the exact same spot as before cleaners arrived, which makes me wonder if they cleaned it at all.

Most importantly I wanted the kitchen cabinets to be wiped down - it's an older house and the cabinets were filthy. This was the main reason I wanted to hire someone to clean for me. When I start unpacking boxes it was super inconvenient to find out I needed to clean everything myself before I could unpack during an already hectic move.

Additionally my booking was for 10:00am and no one showed up until around 10:50. I tried calling Tanner that morning at 10:15, 10:30, etc to make sure people were coming and he never called me back. When I tried calling to address the kitchen cabinet issue later, he never called me back. The most I've received back is a couple 5-word text messages. He offered to cut the price but it has just been such an inconvenience and caused a headache I didn't need during a move. I'll never use their service again I couldn't recommend less!

Lone Star did an incredible job on our rental home. I started online with an estimate and received a quote sent to my email. When I called to book, the price was even better!
