We've been using Merry Maids for a few years and have been very happy with them. Any issues we've had they've addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Our current team Kayci and Griselda are super friendly and always very sweet to our fur babies which makes us so happy! Thanks for the great work guys!

I've used Merry Maids for a year. The cleanings have all been great and the scheduling service is very convenient. I was always able to reschedule when I needed.

I paid for a deep clean of our three bedroom house and was very disappointed with the experience. Only one bedroom was cleaned; the office and other bedroom were untouched. They did mop the floors and do a good job on the bathroom. We paid extra to have the fridge cleaned and it was clear they didn’t even open the fridge. The living room carpet still had leaves in it.

I was told the hourly rate and made it very clear I was fine with the price and just wanted a thorough cleaning of the whole house. They were at the house for 67 minutes per my ring camera. This was a month ago and I’ve sent 2 emails and called 3 times to at least get a refund for the fridge cleaning. I’m either met with no response or a promise of a call back once the manager is in the office. Still no word.

I was charged $322 for just over an hour of cleaning and a large part of the house untouched. Do not use their services.

Love Yesenia & Nicoll! They always do a fantastic job. Super quick and thorough, which is extra appreciated having a young baby.

We had a cleaning done in our house recently, and they did a fantastic job! Two ladies were very friendly and professional. They brought their own cleaning kit and started working right away when they arrived. We felt so refreshed when cleaning was done. Appreciated their attention to details! Setting up an appointment was very easy too. I had to reschedule a few times, but they were very flexible and willing to work it out with us. Their communication was always prompt and I liked how they provided their ETA via text messages.

Awesome experience with Merry Maids. Sandra, Laura & Eric cleaned my house from top to bottom. It was full of dust and residue of three furry pets. The whole team was so friendly and nice. Thank you so much!

Cecelia and her partner always do such a nice, thorough job cleaning our apartment. The appointment goes by quickly but we never feel like they rush anything - everything is done with fantastic attention to detail. We’ll be continuing service with Merry Maids after our ten cleaning contract is up for sure.

I have been using Merry Maids for a couple of years and I'm quite happy with them. Currently Yesenia is the team captain for my house, and she instructs her team about what I want done. They do an excellent job, and whenever I point out a detail they missed, they quickly correct it. This was also true of other teams, notably Sandra and her team. I am especially happy that Yesenia has vacuumed the inside of my piano twice now and cleaned it better than I was ever able to. And I must mention that the very first time Merry Maids came, Sandra cleaned the grout between the tiles in the shower, which had become extremely dirty. I didn't expect her to finish the job that day, but she did. I was amazed.
There has been only one worker who was not responsive to my needs, but she came only once or twice quite awhile ago. The attitudes of the others have been very pleasant and respectful. It's a blessing to have nice people clean my house so well.

We have been a Merry Maids of South Austin customer for over a year now and they have been fantastic. Their weekly service is a great price for the level of clean you get. Every Friday the Merry Maids of South Austin team come in and work their magic. Let me tell you there is nothing like having a clean house going into the weekend after a long week of work.

Cecilias team is the best and I highly recommend them to anyone! Not only is she great with our crazy animals but she does an amazing job cleaning our house! Thank you Cecilia!!!

We used to have Merry Maids clean our office a few times a year, but have started using their services monthly because they do such a good job. Today's service was outstanding. Several coworkers even remarked how great the office looked. Yesenia, Eimy, and Cristina did a wonderful job. I can't recommend this service enough. We'll see you next time.
