I scheduled a move out cleaning for a large house. It was quite dirty and dusty from a 1.5 year construction project. My team arrived promptly and worked cheerfully and tirelessly all day. They only took 15 minutes to eat lunch. I felt guilty. By the time they left, I could walk around barefoot without fearing a layer of grime. The light fixtures got dusted. The mirrors were no longer hazy. A big thank you to my team!

I hired Juany to do a deep clean of my house after my baby was born. They did a great job tidying up the space even though I was not available to offer much direction and they had to work around me and a baby and a toddler being in the house!! I look forward to having them do a regular monthly clean in the coming weeks!!

This is the best cleaning ever … and I didn’t even know my house could be any cleaner … they even made my stainless refrigerator gleem like a diamond and got under furniture and in corners for the most amazing clean ever … thank you to group # 6 (Ana & Hartha) and thank you for polishing the wood the way you did .

So disappointed. I read good reviews so I scheduled a DEEP cleaning and of my home and recurring maintenance cleaning. Not a single appliance was wiped down, not even the exteriors. The mirrors that were touched are streaked. The baseboards were filthy. It’s like they just moved things around and vacuumed. They said they would send the team back to do what wasn’t done. I’ll let you judge by these photos if you think this house is clean now.

Fernanda and Amsy cleaned our house today and did a fantastic job. They were punctual, professional, and very thorough with every room. The bathrooms and kitchen looked especially amazing, and the whole house felt fresh and tidy when they left. They were also very friendly and respectful of our space. The cleaning team went above and beyond for me, not only doing the standard cleaning I was expecting, but doing extra "quality of life" tweaks that will make organizing easier, using little bags/shelves I had lying around to sort makeup and hygiene products I had strewn about. They also were kind enough to wash dishes that I'd let pile up, which I know wasn't even part of the service. It was so nice to come home and see how clean everything was, it's already made a world of difference. To top it off, my cat greeted me on my return without acting at all traumatized, and she's scared of both vacuums and strangers. I don't know if anything extra was done to keep her from panicking, but either way, I appreciated my anxiety around her presence being quelled. So glad I committed to the 10 cleanings, I'm looking forward to coming home after all of them :)

We were scheduled first thing this am and the crew arrive in a timely manner. I received a text that they were on their way. They got to work and did an amazing job. The house is thoroughly cleaned and were very pleasant to work with. 5 Star!

I’m about a month late on this review however I could not forget to post because Merry Maids of South Austin are incredible! Their customer service is wonderful and their timelines is perfect. The service was of 2 hours and I thought that they were maybe just going to do half of my home however they did it all even our rooms. I was extremely surprised at how quickly yet thorough their wonderful employees are and the quality of their work is spot on. My house was spotless, I definitely recommend! 💕🙌

I was excited to get a deep clean with Merry Maids before moving into my new house, and was happy to pay for the extras to make sure my home was clean when I got back. However, the charges were ridiculous for extras that were not even taken care of (there were bugs in our light fixtures, the carpet was dirty, and there was dirt in our kitchen cabinets.) The team was frustrating to work with and not accommodating at all. I would highly recommend using another service before booking with Merry Maids.

I highly recommend Merry Maids. I find them to be dependable and very thorough. I live in 2 houses and they take care of both for me. All teams are good, but some give that extra touch to their work. I find that Kayci and her team give my houses extra attention and always keep them both clean and sparkling.

Rosmeri and her team at Merry Maids have always been absolute professionals—delivering prompt and efficient cleaning services for our house! We've gone out of our way to request her and her team because we're been so impressed.

UNSAFE driving on purpose cutting me off and pushing to another lane. They were not turning at a light that was a yield green with no one coming, so I gave a light honk. They still did not move. When the light finally turned green with an actual arrow included, they went forward and then stopped, and then went forward and stopped again on purpose so I honked at them to move and stop that rudeness. I went around them into the lane over after making it through the light to get away and that’s when they try to cut me off in that lane and push me out to ANOTHER lane so that I would not hit them.

We've been using Merry Maids for a year or two and are happy with the experience. The office is communicative and friendly, and the cleaning staff do a great job.

Sandra and Nicole are amazing and we are so grateful for the entire Merry Maids team for making our offices beautiful again.

Yessenia, Ariana and Ylinda all did a very nice job on the deep clean for my condo downtown and were courteous and friendly. Four of them showed up and performed the entire clean in <90 minutes.

Still love Merry Maids and especially Yesenia and Nicole! they are fabulous! y’all are great and help keep my place looking good!
