We have using Fabi’s housekeeping for years and love them. They are so quick, efficient and trustworthy. They are so accommodating and make it very easy to schedule our cleanings. Highly recommend.

Fabi’s housekeeping has been doing house cleaning for our family for about 5 years. They have always done an excellent job. When they’re finished my house looks and smells fantastic! They change sheets and make beds, vacuum my upholstered furniture, and take out the trash/recycling/diaper genies. I receive reminder texts the day before our cleaning and they have always accommodated any changes we needed to our scheduling. We’ve used her team for move in/move out cleaning as well and have had great experiences. Our home is 2900 sq feet, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and it typically takes less than 2 hours for them to clean.

Amazing work! Everything is clean as if I just moved in!

Team 3 from Juany Cleaning were so meticulous! They cleaned the kitchen appliances so well, spending time to do the tops and nooks and crannies!!

I am very pleased with the job they did getting the house ready for sale!

G02 Blanca and Maria have been really great! They are dog friendly and treat her nicely. They do a great job communicating and asking questions when warranted. My cleaning schedule is changing so I’ll be losing them but have high hopes the next team will be just as great!

Team 8 Doxana & Maria did a beautiful job in their initial first visit, a deep cleaning. They worked 3 hours without stopping, needed few instructions and were courteous the entire visit. We're looking forward to them coming again.

This was my first time using Juany cleaning service and I was really happy with everything. I had group 13 for an initial deep clean before starting reoccurring ones and Maryori and Mary were right on time, paid attention to all the details and were very nice.

Fernanda and Amsy did an excellent job cleaning everything efficiently and immaculately. Will definitely be requesting them again!

Team # 8 was a dream!! I’m so happy with their professionalism and their speed! My house is spotless! They were also great with my pups! And I have allergies to cleaners and they used all mine without any fuss. They worked quickly and really gave the place a sparkle! I would definitely recommend them!!

I am so disappointed in the service we received from this company. It started fine, we filled out a detailed questionnaire for a move out clean, so they could send us a quote to clean the house. I filled it out, and they sent us a quote of 2.5 hours to finish the whole thing (about 1340sqft). The questionnaire asked for square footage, when was the last time it was cleaned, etc. Fast forward to the day of service, the cleaners arrive and ask for an ADDITIONAL 3 hours, at full price, due to “the condition of the house”.
At this point, we’ve moved out. Movers have been in and out, furniture has been moved around and out, and it’s not clean, obviously. But I went over and vacuumed all the dog hair up, after we moved out, prior to their arrival, and my husband had gone the day before to patch up some nail holes and do some touch up paint and tidy up a little. The house was completely empty, needed cleaning for sure, but in no universe did it need 5.5 hours of work (not including the windows because that is a separate and extra service), more than half of which was not even originally quoted.
We felt extremely misinformed by the company.

I called the customer service line and told them this, and I asked for clarification on why they’d need so much extra time and they kept saying that the condition of the house and number of rooms (full bathrooms) is what increased the time, (mind you, the number of rooms was never asked for ahead of time). If that was the case, they should ask for the number of rooms, not just the square footage on the initial intake form. How on Earth did we get quoted 2.5 hours and end up needing more than double that amount of time? It felt very much like we were just sent a random amount of time, with no actual forethought, and with no indication that twice that, could be required. While the quote said “additional time may be required”, never did I imagine that they’d need more time ADDED, than what we were told in the first place.

Had I known that the possibility of double the amount of quoted time was on the table, we would’ve gone with someone else, and at this point, we didn’t have time to switch to a different provider, because we had to be out of the house for the new owner. I feel like we were misquoted, and misinformed, and were backed into a corner and asked to pay double what the initial quote was. I haven’t even seen the house yet, maybe I’ll have an edit and update to my review after I go over there and see the work.

The ladies with Juana’s cleaning service did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.
