brand new construction. I asked for them to do a thorough cleaning and they were not able to follow through. undated shelves. Rooms not even touched. Dirt all over the floors.

When I called to ask for help or even get a refund, all they would give me is 15% back despite not doing the work I paid for which was almost 500$. All I got was excuses as to why they were not able to clean, which I heavily disagreed with. Excuses such as workers in their space, this was not true.

I don't have any more time to wast on this company ro this review but you have lost a customer and I hope you treat others better than you treated me.

Merry Maids of South Austin performs a great job in cleaning our home. They always perform a great job and this past week Sandra once again made my house sparkle. Sometimes leave behind flowers made of toilet paper, or animal characters with towels. I enjoy these special trinkets where make the experience more than just a cleaning. They are easily to reschedule and very satisfied with their service.

Amy and Yesenia were fantastic! They were able to remove soap scum from my bathroom that other cleaners could not. I would definitely ask to bring them back again.

I love my merry maids experience, Yesenia is so thoughtful and easy to work with! She has made me feel wonderful in my new home and is so sweet! They do a wonderful job!

We have 4 teenagers living upstairs in our two story home. You can imagine the level of neglect to the upstairs bathroom, clothes everywhere, takeout food containers not to mention dozens of missing utensils. Merry Maids team was able to transform it to model showing home status and bathroom looked brand new. Every little detail was spotless. Very happy with the service and special shout-out to Sandra and Linda, you ladies rock!

Hello, the maids came to my house. This was the first time I had my house cleaned by them. They did the job but broke a tray in the refrigerator. I was told they would reimburse me if I sent over a receipt for the new glass tray that I ordered but they still have not and no one is picking up the phone when I call. I am out around a 100.

Wonderful job from the team. Deep clean was excellent. Refrigerator, microwave, & stove look brand new.
