I rarely post negative about a company, but this company was not helpful whatsoever and rude. We inherited this company from our previous home owner. During our inspection when purchasing this home, the multiport broke and water was everywhere. The previous home owner paid for a replacement. After we closed, we had the weekly pool service for about a month, they were not helpful in answering any questions except for a guy named Josh who was new to the company. Every time I asked anyone else they were quick to give me a quote and replace things to get my money but never answered any questions and pushed me to google it. I finally got another pool company to come out and they found all visible leaks just by a walk through. Aquaclear had been maintenancing the pool for at least a year and never mentioned it. The multiport that broke during the inspection was also leaking, they said they couldn’t replace it and then went dead and ignored my emails. We filed a warranty claim with multiport company and they said whatever company who installed it should have replaced it for you, which was Aquaclear. Poor service, lack of customer service, they are just trying to get your money. They don’t maintain your pool equipment, they let it break so they can sell you a new one. Do not go with them.

We’ve been using Aqua Clear to clean our pool for over a year and couldn’t be happier. They respond quickly to texts and emails when I have a question. Our pool techs is great, even our dogs love him. It’s so nice to spend our time relaxing and enjoying our pool instead of trying to keep it looking nice.

Needed my pool pump replaced, and Aqua Clear made the process so easy. They were able to give me a quote very quickly based on information/photos I provided, there was easy online payment, and within the week I had my new pump installed. They were communicative and provided great customer service!

Aquaclear pool care is a fantastic resource. Their pool techs are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and go the extra mile with every visit. The peace of mind their pool cleaning service offers in the harsh heat of the summer months is so valuable to me. Thanks Greg K for providing excellent service!

Aqua Clear has been servicing our pool for almost a year and have been professional, timely and on top of the maintenance and repairs. Our new weekly technician, Jurell, is doing an outstanding job keeping the pool sparkling (not easy with all the leaves and pollen from tress surrounding our pool!) and directly communicating with me. Highly recommend!

Kenny came out and replaced our non-functioning pool pump/waterfall timer quickly and efficiently. Thanks so much Kenny and the Aqua Clear team!

Kenneth and Steven serviced my pool and they were so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! They really helped me in a bind and I can’t say enough good things about them. We’ll definitely use them again!

Aqua Clear Pools is to busy for any new customers. They charge $162 for just a quote. Yet they quoted the product they want too not what a customer asks for. We wanted to add a Glazer chiller to our pool. They quoted us a heat pump that would replace our current heater (per their salesmen Steve). We do not want to replace the great heater we have. They claim space is an issue yet we are willing to pay for leveling more area around the equipment. After getting the quote on a different product, I questioned it within hours. I was told they would call me later that day. No call came. Next day I received a text they were busy and they would call later in the day of the text. Again no call. Had not heard from them until I asked for a refund of the $162 they require for a quote. What they offered may work but since they are to busy to talk with new customers I will not know. If you are to busy to talk and work with people how can I trust you are not to busy to do the work if hired. As I was writing this on July 27th they reached out via text and said they would call me tomorrow (July 28). It is now Aug 4 and still no call so I have posted their lack of service and thief of money. I would not use this company.

Kenny was great. There was a problem getting the pump to hookup to WiFi and they didn’t stop working on it until the issue was fixed. Would recommend!

Replaced our pool heater. Ken was great. One minor glitch in the install that was quickly fixed. No one is perfect. Prompt and courteous service.

AquaClear pool is a great company. They have recently replaced our filter pump, the filter media, and booster pump. A special shout out to Steven, the tech that’s done most of the work. He is super friendly, and does excellent, professional work. We are very happy with AquaClear as they do great work, have excellent communication, and are fairly priced. A+

Kenny knows his stuff! He was out here really fast and fixed our pump and lines while helping to educate me along the way. Highly recommend

Christopher and Kenny replaced my pool lights and it was a hard and tedious job but they stuck too it and we're able to replace them in good working order. I appreciated their perseverance and technical knowledge.

Steven and Kenneth were great to work with. They showed up on time, scoped the problem quickly, and explained the options in detail.

Greatly appreciate having folks who can explain the work in layman terms.

I’ll be using Aqua Clear for all my service needs going forward.
