William came out to the house to deep clean our couch. He was very communicative and was efficient with the cleaning. There was a stubborn area that we noticed was still there after cleaning. William came back to make sure that area was addressed and that we were satisfied. Very professional to stand by your service. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing something cleaned.

Highly recommended. We had some black mold in our air ducts/vents and they provided outstanding service. They had excellent HVAC connections to help resolve the overall issue in addition to the cleaning.

Amazing work!

Initially, I had a standard house maid service tackle the work and it was very surface level... I did not feel comfortable at all with how my carpet and restroom tiles were looking.

Realized I needed to specialize for a good deep carpet cleaning and grout cleaning on top of that. There was also a lingering odor that I couldn't get rid of that came from my roommate's bedroom (recently moved out).

Did some research on my options and I'm glad I made the right choice here with Austin Clean Spaces!

The cleaning process was explained in full details with levels of options so I knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Communication was very friendly and responsive and the value was great. But most importantly, the actual cleaning/service itself was AMAZING!

My house had 2 cats and a dog over 3 years and that amounted to a lot of dander and piss/vomit stains that couldn't be removed with standard cleaning. Within just a couple hours, the whole house's carpet was just like new - every deep stain gone and felt/looked very fresh. All the weird odors emitting from the carpet was gone as well.

On top of that, the grout was thoroughly cleaned without any visible evidence of staining. I also got my shower acid washed and my couched cleaned with the same amazing results.

I am very happy with the results and how my money was well spent. William was the lead technician and he led everything wonderfully. Would highly recommend this business for any carpet and title cleaning needs - I'll be revisiting myself for future service.

After he checked my a/c units and some intake vents he said everything looked ok and really didn’t warrant cleaning. Wish we had known about Austin Clean Spaces earlier. Their deep cleaning service goes beyond any of the traditional services like that. The carpet had some deep stains that other big logo services could not remove. The tiles in the master bath look good as new after the power wash with the detergent that they used. Shout out to William for an outstanding job and customer service.

Hired through Thumbtack where they are highly rated. They did a great job with some carpets that had seen a lot of pet stains. Scheduling was easy, communication was prompt, they showed up right on time. Pricing was fair and transparent. Optional add on services (e.g. adding pet-proofing enzymes) were presented with no hard sell. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them!

Once he arrived, we realized that we'd need a deeper cleaning, and he gave us a very fair price for the additional treatment. He took the time to explain the process, how to clean if we had any future spills, showed us the before and after, as well as how satisfying it was to watch all of the dirt and grime get sucked up into the vacuum.
