Really disappointing seeing someone driving a company car (Ford Focus) through a neighborhood swirving all over the roads and going 15mph where the speed limit is already very slow posted at 25mph.
I should mention that they were driving through Sun City, which is a retirement community in Georgetown, so they should stop with the swirving. I'm guessing this was due to holding a phone and not paying attention.

Very professional team arrived at my home in Georgetown. They clean the outside and inside of all windows and cleaned all the screens. They also vacuumed and cleaned the base of all the windows. I am very happy with the finished result

I wanted to clean my white rug that had multiple pet accidents and stains, and Sunshine Fabric did an amazing job. They were honest about which stains could and couldn't be removed, and priced the service fairly. Super friendly folks as well & would definitely come back for future rug cleanings!

The folks at Sunshine are the BEST! Super professional and also extremely nice. We tasked them with getting cat spray smell out of a leather couch- no easy feat. (Tip- don't wait too long to get upholstery cleaned if this happens to you!) Very happy with their service and highly recommend.

Sunshine Fabric was recommended to me by the Crate & Barrel store in Austin, and I've been extremely happy with them! They're friendly, their pricing is fair, and they're the only group in town that I trust with my delicate wool/viscose C&B and West Elm rugs. Highly recommend them.

These guys are super nice and helpful and do great job. I had one window I wasn't happy with. They came back with a great attitude and made it right. I will be calling them again.

WOW! I used the window cleaning division (formerly known as JB Window Works) to have all my home's windows cleaned last month. US Military veteran Ben Ward's and James Villani's people came on time and ready to work. They did a really superior job, inside and out, and even cleaned the screens at no extra charge! JBS Windows recently adjoined their services with those of ECS (Exterior Cleaning Solutions) of Texas, and I couldn't be happier with the excellent results. Importantly, the pricing was great!

We used Exterior Cleaning Solutions for our Christmas lights this year. Best work I've ever seen (meticulous!). I think you can always spot a good company because they take a little longer to set up and think through what it will take to produce a good outcome; plus they take a little longer to break down after the job is done—everything was spotless.
The lights… They’re beautiful. They even spent extra time making sure no cords were showing and that the lights were perfectly spaced. We’ll definitely use them again next year.

We hired them to pressure wash our commercial office spaces and were quoted because of the length of the building they said it was going to take almost all day. I thought it was an unusually large amount of time to complete the job. Well I forgot to mention that one side of the building had fresh paint. When I called no one answered so I had to drive out there. Well I guess the reason why they didn't answer and why it was gonna take so long was because the "leads" were asleep in a green pickup. If I could give them 0/5 I would.

We can not say enough great things about this company and their technicians. They worked efficiently for three days both power washing our brick building and cleaning windows. They are excellent communicators and easy to work with. We highly recommend them.

Just try it and you won't be disappointed.

This is one of the best disposal/cleanup service I have ever contracted. I have used him for several jobs and will continue to use his services in the future. This company cones highly recommended by me.

Although this team was able to come same day on a Sunday, it was not worth it. We used their moving services. We found items broken, TVs were scratched and one TV screen was ruined. It was as if they threw everything in the truck. We had an expensive tortilla machine for our business that was broken and we reached out to the owner to see if he had insurance and he said he was busy and we never heard back.

I have used Kiwi Services for many years between Austin and Atlanta. They work around my schedule. They take their time and make sure I am happy with the job before they leave. They are good about checking in with me from time to time to see if I need any work done. They also are good about reminding me that my year is about to expire which was the case this time so I got my last carpet cleaning in before the holidays. I highly recommend them.

I've used Kiwi's Cleaning & Restoration Services a couple of times in the past and I've always been satisfied. I recommend them highly to all of my friends and family.

They have gotten the worst stains like dirt from underneath peoples shoes our of the carpet. I like how my carpet feels clean and looking fresh after they deep clean it.

The employees at Kiwi are professional and they arrived within the time window as promised. The customer service is also excellent and whenever I called whoever picks up the phone was always professional and accommodating.

As a repeat customer I've chosen to use Kiwi's Cleaning & Restoration Services mainly because of the quality of how well they clean my carpet.

My 3 year old couch was definitely in need of a good cleaning. So I Googled of course, and found Kiwi Services. Unbeknownst to me I hit the jack pot! The price was reasonable and customer service was very good. I had to run an errand so the Kiwi Rep. was met by my mother, np. I had returned in time to meet him and to see the great job he had done. My couch looked brand new! I was very impressed. He left me with details as far as how long it would take to dry. He was a very nice guy. I will be using Kiwi services again!
