Kiwi Services did a great job cleaning my carpets in January. I had forgot they offered a warranty clean for a reduced price until they called to remind me. They were able to book me in for a cleaning within 5 days. Great customer service and great job. Would highly recommend.

This is the second opportunity we have had to use Kiwi Services and we are very excited. They have consistently been professional, courteous, and an overall pleasure to have in our home. Our technician takes the time to do a walk through first carefully inspecting what needs to be done and making additional recommendations as needed. They are not price gouging. More making sure what we had ordered is the best for solution for what is needed. And they will work with you on your budget!!! They are on-time, respectful and honestly, THE best service in the carpet cleaning/tile sector.

We've used Kiwi Services several times and have always been extremely happy with their service. They are professional, reliable, and do an excellent job getting our carpets looking like new again. Highly recommend their reliable service!

I still have not found any other company as good asKiwi and I literally would not go to any other carpet cleaning service. The work is already great, but with their warranty, it’s unmatched.

Great company and fantastic service. Their warranty is amazing. They will come back and re-clean for a low price. This is the second home I have used them for and I will continue to.

Update: I continue to use this company. They even have vent cleaning services which I am using. This is a one stop shop for your home!

Returning to change my review. I had good service in Houston with Kiwi. Called them in Austin to clean my air vents. They are still dirty. The technician arrived late and basically told me the vents were already clean and could have just used a shop vac myself. He left a mess on the floors and then called back for my credit card info after taking an imprint. I am SO mad at the waste of time and money after having such a great experience.

Kiwi ruined hardwood floors, I will be taking them to a court!

Ruining the floors: the tech dripped solution as he walked to carpeted area. We cleaned up the drops we found. The once we missed burnt into a hardwood floor; 4 dots total.

I let Kiwi know right away with pictures. They kept promising to get back to me for no avail.

Couple more items:
1) For good reviews you get paid (so do not believe paid reviews)
2) Cleaners do not move the items on the floor; something that was promised to me when scheduled. Not a big deal, but why lie...

This company is fabulous. I’ve used their services for years and have been pleased every single time. It’s the Holiday season and now as an excellent time to schedule an appointment before you’re family and friends gatherings.

We had 4 area rugs cleaned. The driver that picked them up and delivered them was so polite and friendly! Timely service! We are really, really pleased with the results! The rugs are many years old, but the look like new! Kiwi is the best!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - if you value your rug and sanity!! I am going to provide a very condensed version of my experience but understand it has span for over a year. They kept my 10x14 rug which belongs in our main living area for 3 months - returned it damaged, discolored with stain and shrunk it to where it no longer covered the rug pad it previously fit. They said they must have it back to try to fix it. They kept it for another 3 + months through the holidays and after multiple phone calls to get my rug back - They returned it without the repairs and even more stains - looked like someone spilt coffee on it- and leaves rolled up in it. After endless back and forth with Elizabeth Cyr the Manager they agreed to refund me the charges for their lack of cleaning and pay for the rug. Months later they have not provided a refund and will not respond to phone calls or emails. I have called their corporate office and Eileen answers the phone and tells me that there is no one I can speak with and I have to talk to Elizabeth only - who will not respond.

The amount of disappointment, frustration and waste of time- this company has caused cannot even be expressed enough.

I can not believe that Kiwi Services is still in business with the service they lack to provide. It is appalling that any company would deliver a rug back to a customer in the condition I received mine and not follow through with their promises. UPDATE: I would just like to share that the response from the owner was just for public appearances- as it has been over 2 weeks and I have not heard from anyone at Kiwi Services and still cannot reach the manager. Since I have in writing from their manager a refund for their poor services and my payment for my destroyed rug- but have never received the payment promised - I disputed with my credit card company at least the amount of the cleaning charges. Kiwi replied to my credit card company that the charges are valid. Kiwi Services is an unethical business. Took money for services they did not provid, absolutely ruined my rug to the point it had to be thrown away and did not provide the payment they promised for their damage.

I used Kiwi for my carpets and they did a great job. Would I recommend their services to others. I absolutely do recommend them.

I have been using Kiwi Services for five years now. They have taken great care of my late mother's oriental rug, which looks as good as new despite being 17 years old. Their service technicians are always professional, polite and careful handling the rug and help get it back in position. Highly recommend them.

KIWI DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY SILK RUG!
First time I used the company and I am very pleased. I have a very expensive silk and wool rug and want it handled with care. They picked up on time and returned on time. Replaced my furniture on the rug and the rug was clean and beautiful as new after 5 years! I highly recommend KIWI

I had a rug cleaned in the spring of 2024 right before we had our floors ripped up for massive foundation repair. It arrived back the next week and I did not unroll it in our construction zone of a home so that I wouldn’t immediately get it dirty. I had a rug cleaned with kiwi beautifully once before, so I trusted that it had been done well. Fast forward to September of 2024 when we finally were able to replace our floors — I was so excited to roll out our clean rug on new tile, only to discover that it was completely faded with bleach spots, brand new crusted on brown spots (???), and it absolutely reeked. I immediately called Kiwi and the representative I spoke to was wonderful. She said that someone had been let go from their cleaning team around the time I’d had my rug “cleaned” and that she would put me in touch with the manager. They scheduled pick up of my rug to inspect it and see what could be done. I emailed Lisa, who I was told was in management, and she responded in a way that inspired confidence as well. That was the last I heard from her. I called repeatedly over the next several weeks, emailed repeatedly, and found out Lisa was actually in sales and that someone else was the manager. I was told they were unaware of my issue but would kick it up the chain to resolve it. That was that. I have heard nothing. I still have no rug 4 months later, let alone a refund for the cleaning that I paid for. To be clear, I do not want the ruined rug returned, I want it replaced and the cleaning refunded. This is a horrible way to conduct business, and I should not have had to keep this in mind to deal with through the holidays and dealing with aging parents in and out of the hospital. It’s absurd.

I have been using Kiwi Services since before 2022 and am always pleased with their exceptional and courteous service. The technicians are always on time, and go over and above to make sure I am well satisfied.

I have used Kiwi for years. A friend in Dallas recommended Kiwi as the best cleaner she had worked with-and, in my experience-she was not wrong. A cleaning is quick and easy to book through a live person, the techs are pleasant, on time, and do a good job. Only once have I ever had to ask for a call back (the tech had mossed a patch of cat throw-up stain), and it was done the next day.

I used Kiwi Services last year in October to have a rug cleaned. They picked it up and brought it back about a week later. It looked great! It was fresh and clean and looked like new. I decided then that I would use this company again. Then as I was thinking this past week that I needed it cleaned again, Gilbert called and left a voicemail message that they were offering some special rates. They're coming Thursday to pick it up so it'll be clean for the upcoming holidays! Thanks, Gilbert, it was nice talking to you!
