Window Genie always does a phenomenal job on all 110 of my windows! I love that WG offers occasional “specials.” I always take advantage of them. Especially because my 1st floor windows surround my pool area. Doggie noses and paws, along with the pool splashing on them keeps me calling on WG all spring and summer long. 5-star technicians too:)

Daniel and his associate arrived shortly before the appointment. They were friendly and focused. They cleaned channels, screens and windows inside and out. Great work. Fair price. We fully recommend this company and will continue to work with. They were a pleasure.

Window Genie did an excellent job on our Christmas lights again this year. Alan and Jacob took them down today. They were both polite and quick. 100% Recommend.

I called on a Tuesday afternoon requesting window and power washing service I needed done by Thursday afternoon. I got a text and quote back immediately and phoned the office manager who also told me about house washing. I’ve never even heard of it before. I’ve lived here for years and never washed the whole house, so I signed up for it too. She managed to fit me in to a tight schedule. Alan and Jacob showed up early as promised. The worked steadily and efficiently, and met my deadline. Everything looks squeaky clean and they were so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend them for a super job at a reasonable price.

I was not at home when only the exterior of my glass patio enclosure was done so I don’t know how much time was spent doing the job. I didn’t get other estimates so don’t know for sure if the .$200 price was reasonable or not. Don’t know what it would be to have the inside done too!! A good job was done on the outside.

Been using window genie for years and very happy with the level of service and support they provide. Jacob and Allen were my techs today and were super detail oriented. They did a walk through before and after and proactively re cleaned any windows that had marks. They also marked up any windows that were faulty - we moved into a new build a couple years ago and are under warranty so they were able to point out any problem windows for us to get them replaced. Highly recommend!

I used Window Genie for the first time today and it was a great experience! I contacted them yesterday for a quote online, received a call within minutes, and they came out next day for window cleaning! Alan did an incredible job - he was professional, on time, and thorough. Our windows look the cleanest I’ve seen them in years and we are very pleased. We will definitely use their services again in the future and we will be referring them to our friends!

Just had our windows cleaned and Jacob Barrera did an excellent job. His work was meticulous. Our windows are sparkling and no mess was left. He also made us aware of some broken seals we had. I highly recommend this company!

Writing 2 reviews for Window Genie - one for window cleaning and one for pressure washing. This is for the power washing. There were several stains in the concrete that i pointed out to the owner, Andrew, when he came out to assess the job. When discussing the stains he said they would be no problem, that those would "come right out" with the power washing service. When the concrete was still wet they appeared to be gone but once the concrete dried out they are very much still there. I would not recommend the power washing service for anything that needs more than a simple wash down. Had i known that the service would not remove the stains I would not have wasted the money.

Jacob & Alan were truly excellent. We have a large 2-story home with some massive windows in both front & back. They were on time, 100% professional, polite, and very careful. No "re-dos" necessary. I wish all contractors lived up to these lofty standards. Thank you. Jacob & Alan!!

I can’t say enough good things about this team.

I had a brand new 12x15 hand-knotted wool rug that suffered a major black paint spill, and I honestly thought it might be ruined. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and honest about my options.

They clearly take pride in their work and treated my rug with great care. They kept me informed throughout the process and ultimately were able to save the rug, something I’m truly grateful for.

If you have a valuable rug or a difficult stain situation, I would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, dedicated rug professionals.
