If I could give more than five stars I would! They did a great job at getting my windows squeaky clean! Very polite, responsive and great communication! It really does open up the house and makes everything look so clean.

I do not recommend this business. They used a process that left dried droplets of water at the bottom of each window even though they stated this would not happen...and they didn't complete all services initially requested. My experience was very disappointing.

Aiden and Miguel were great! They arrived a little before their scheduled time, were very thorough, and took before and after photos of hard to see spots from their vantage point. Before they arrived, the gutters were cluttered with branches and plant debris due to a large tree on the property. They tackled the issue with no problem.

I used Window Genie every year for Xmas lights and other services too. This particular review is for Xmas lights. All and all, a good experience. Alan & Jacob was a new crew (appears to be this way), and without having pictures of what the home is suppose to look like YoY, the two guys delivered. Friendly guys and offered to come back to my home if lights are not right or not working.

Window Genie is awesome! I reached out to have my many windows cleaned (I was in a hurry) and they responded quickly! Daniel arrived on scene, confirmed number of windows and price before proceeding to clean both outside, inside, screens and frames! Daniel is courteous, attentive, detailed and thorough. Writing 2 reviews for Window Genie - one for window cleaning and one for pressure washing. This is for the window cleaning. The window cleaning was very good. Jacob was excellent and the windows look great!

I had a great experience using Window Genie for the first time. Alan and Jacob were our two technicians and they did a phenomenal job. Both were courteous, professional, efficient, and thorough. What would have taken me weeks in all honesty (for a 2 story house with very dirty windows), they effectively completed the job in just a few hours and left us with amazing results. Can’t believe I haven’t done this sooner! I will definitely use Window Genie again and I highly recommend Alan and Jacob!
