I cannot recommend this pool company enough. Reliable polls has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in Texas. Not only did they fit us in when they didn’t have time on the schedule but also did an amazing job cleaning the pool. Thanks again Reliable!!

Thomas did an amazing job getting the algae and oak pollen out of my pool. He made sure to let me know the plan before he did anything. He called and showed up when he said he would - even texted me pictures and videos of the progress. He was very thorough and courteous. I will be using this service again in the future and will recommend it to friends.

We have worked with Charlie and reliable for years -- this is the BEST company, with the BEST pool guy. He's helped us out of so many pickles, and goes above and beyond. We are sooooo grateful to be working with him!!

As many of us with pools , we have called many pool service companies and have been disappointed. i waited on a review to see if my pool was done right and WELL or if it would go back to GREEN and yuk in a week or so, as it has from other companies or on anything i did myself with chemicals and backwashing and all the work to get a nice clean blue pool , and NOTHING worked. i am so SO SO PLEASED with Reliable i will not look anywhere else when i need a good cleaning or service. Thomas ( Mr. T) came to my house on April 12 to help me get my pool back on track and stay on track . it is now May 12 , a month later and my pool is AMAZING! i wish i could add photos on how bad my pool looked and everything i tried failed. Thomas was so professional and friendly and on time and knew what he was doing. this is my new place to go whenever i need anything done with my pool in the future. i have spent hundreds in the past and what a waste. SO dont look any further i promise u , you will be so happy that you went with ''Reliable Pool Care''. i give them a 10 out of 10 . best company i have used since 2009 and having a pool. my husband and i are very happy customers.. without a doubt! and calling to set everything up and get quotes etc. from the manager Reed , was a very friendly knowledgable experience. again, LOOK NO FURTHER...

Highly recommend Reliable Pool Company!
The "cheaper" pool maintenance company recommended by neighbors (they include price of chemicals rather than charging separately, that's what influenced me to try them since it was less expensive-during summer months) went thru different owners with worsening, poor service. We now are spending over a thousand dollars to repair the pump, replace filters and repair related equipment due to this "cheaper" company not regularly checking the filters - and their pool cleaning was lacking too! Reliable's service far exceeds theirs! The "less expensive" was far MORE expensive in the long run. Definitely get what you pay for as far as quality! Go with Reliable!

I ran into an urgent issue with our pool equipment and needed help ASAP. I called Reed and even though they were booked solid for days, they managed to work me in that afternoon. John was awesome, fast and thorough. They even followed up with a call to make sure the technician had called me to let me know when they would be coming. Their customer service was second to none! Took care of our Hyde Park pool for 4 years, through parties, storms, and even COVID, Reliable Pool Care came every Monday to service the pool. They’ve gone above and beyond to work with us, adding a pool timer, splitting bills with our landlord, and just being all around nice people.

Over the four years, I never had any problems with the service, they took care of the pool and were great communicators.

Recently moved into a new home with a pool that needed some significant rehabilitation. Jon and Reed delivered above and beyond my expectations. Pool care is not cheap, but I did shop around and their prices are extremely competitive. Moreover, they were able to get the work done more quickly than anyone else. Although it was done quickly, the quality was impressive. I had some serious re-wiring of pool timers and freeze protect boxes that needed to be done and the final result from Reliable was definitely quality work. I will be using them for my future pool needs.

Reliable Pools came to my rescue after the mess the previous pool contractor bailed on clean up efforts in replacing the coping around the pool. The pool was left a dirty mess with thick limestone sediment on the bottom. It would have been quite cumbersome to run this sediment through the filter. The technician from Reliable Pools was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was in and out within less than 2 hours. Cleaned the sediment without running through the pool filter and provided me with sparkling clear water within 24 hours of running the filter pump! Reliable also provided same day service from my initial call. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs emergency help with their pool!

Our first experience with Reliable was to put the pool water through their Reverse Osmosis equipment to reduce the total solids that had gotten way out of hand causing difficulty in getting the proper chlorine levels. After that we hired them to do our routine weekly maintenance. The technicians (almost always Cade) are among the few if any that we've had that take the time to analyze the pool chemistry and make adjustment accordingly. And they do a very good cleaning as well.
