Beware of Rampant Fraud

This company will charge you consistently and perform little to no services. You'll call to discuss and they'll promise the world and give you sob stories about staffing up and promising to do better, but then keep putting you on a revolving door of pool "technicians" that sometimes don't show up and when they do, the stay on site for anywhere from 8 to 12 minutes.

I have video evidence (see attached) from my Ring camera that the pool "technicians" literally didn't have vacuums or any necessary tools to actually clean a pool but service logs always show all services performed. Imagine performing all of the following in a mere 12 minutes:
1. Walking to and from car at a leisurely pace multiple times
2. Checking water chemistry
3. Balancing water chemistry
4. Skim/Net surface
5. Empty pump baskets
6. Empty skimmer baskets
7. Brush pool
8. Vacuum pool (without a vacuum - see dates on images, amazing!)

Long story short, I don't usually write negative reviews but I felt like I had to warn my fellow Austinites about these guys - they're true con artists and they'll take you for your money until you catch on to their game and then gaslight and verbally abuse you.

Other issues I encountered during my tenure as a client:
1. They broke my pool cover pump and it was a hassle to get them to replace it (multiple calls, first telling me it wasn't them and then subsequently blaming me somehow)
2. They jammed my stone skimmers covers in wrong directions, breaking the stone
3. They left a hose running when I was out of town and wasted over 10,000 gallons of water. Refused to own up to it (again, I have pictures)
4. Constantly adding new fees to your bill ("green initiative fee" of $12/mo which literally is just them up-charging you for them refilling their own chlorine jugs)

Do yourself a favor and skip these fraudsters and keep looking for your provider. I switched to another provider and they've been responsive and actually do the job, it does exist.
