Paul was fantastic super easy going and very consultative. Just to give the next person a heads up. We had a living spaces feather down couch that needed some TLC. Paul was immaculate, I called 4 other places and all of them were afraid and unavailable but Paul and the Stanley Steemer cleaners were readily available and open. Plus it helps that they had some of the most affordable prices. 5/5 experience.

Hire them and thank me later! They delivered excellent, efficient work and outstanding customer service - all at a great, affordable price. I’ll definitely hire them again! Roman was extremely efficient and clearly passionate about his work. That’s exactly the kind of person you want handling your needs.

Paul had a difficult task here where my sister and her indoor cats have lived for more than a decade, and he did a great job! Very personable and professional young man! I vacuumed up cat hair and such for several hours before he arrived. The included before pictures were taken prior to that. We weren't expecting a miracle, but he made it a thousand times better and we're truly thankful to have a much healthier home going forward.

Wesley and Jackie came to our house to clean our HVAC system. They were very polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about the service we were about to receive. They were efficient and took great care of our house, very neat, and did a great job leaving our house the way they found it (I appreciate that). I would highly recommend these two gentleman if you ever need Stanley Steamer vent service.

Bobby was great. He was friendly, professional, on time, and efficient. We did a quick consultation, he was honest and upfront, set up quickly, and then got to work. Highly recommend. Thank you your hard work. Much appreciated.

Great service and speedy. They texted me when they were on the way. Both Adam and Andres were personable and answered all my questions. They took care of a blood stain that I was pretty sure would never fully come out.

Communication was seamless. Rescheduling was done on weekend completely automated with no issues. Technician Stephen and Donald showed up on time and worked independently and made it easy for me as I was not home. 5 rooms done in under 2 hours. 1 room had lingering odors and Stanley steamer came out to do a complimentary re-clean to try and help with the smell. Happy with the service.

The scheduling was messed up. I requested 11:00-2:00 window. It came out to be 6:00. The technician did a great job. We had a lot of dog issues.

Marbel and Coy did an excellent job! Very professional and helpful. My vent was actually clean and they did not charge, so I gave them a big tip. They took pictures of the vent and actually showed me where the vent came out. I was thinking it came out of the side of my house but it actually came out the roof, which seems crazy.

I cannot say enough great things about Adam — hands down the best carpet technician I’ve ever worked with. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine pride in his work stood out immediately. He wasn’t just good… he was impressive.

Adam went above and beyond on every single step of the job. He explained what he was doing, made recommendations without being pushy, and treated my home with the same care you’d expect from a close friend or family member. The results were unbelievable — carpets that looked brand new and a level of service you rarely come across anymore.

We would 100% recommend Bobby to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. Ours definitely needed a lot of work and he did a fantastic job. We were also able to schedule the appointment on their website easily and with such short notice.

Andres is the best! Great customer service and attention to detail. Scheduling was also very easy and with a fast turnaround, which led me to booking with Stanley over their competitors. So happy with the results!

Jeremy came to my home to give my sectional a deep clean and he did such an amazing job. He was polite and informative. I had oily grease stains on my white sectional and he treated my furniture like it was his own and did an amazing job. It looks practically brand new!!!

Stephen and Donald did a great job cleaning my tile and adding the grout seal color. It looks so much better and cleaner.

William was great my rooms were left very clean. William mentioned the 1 year clean guarantee with the company. I had to sign up for the 3 cleaning visits a year great price. I had my master bedroom and guest bedroom cleaned - (area clean & Odor Out Plus Deodorizer) due to having a cat and dog definitely recommend.
