This is the second year that I use this company. Both times I had a great experience. Young yet careful and thoughtful technicians. They haven't tried to sell me a new HVAC system as others have in the past. I will call them again.

Amazing service! Al came out immediately and diagnosed. Then tech Carson w parts came out to fix my furnace. He was so kind explained everything to me. I highly recommend this company! Great job and I am thankful! Ladies in the office were also so helpful!

Great company my husband and I have worked with them for about 9years. Same crew. They are knowledgeable fast and helpful. They get the job done well, efficiently, and are always a phone call away.

Even when they were slammed with work, they took the contract from our home warranty and came out at 5pm on Friday afternoon Memorial Day weekend to fix our ACs!! He stayed over two hours diagnosing and fixing our ACs and we've got a cool house today because of him! He was professional, knowledgeable, and spent the time to talk through the issues with us. I will be calling them again with any future AC problems!

Al was the best. Gold Eagle quoted $1500 for the work he did for $200. He's honest and hard working and HVAC Express is my new AC company. They sent a gentleman named Miles for some follow-up work and he was equally professional and thorough.

I have used this company to install and maintain my system since installation in 2019. They came recommended by my son and I have now recommended them to my daughter for her maintenance. They are always polite, on time and efficient. They explain every detail. Excellent.
Update 2024 - This company is consistently great to work with and their yearly maintenance contract is affordable providing 2 visits per year.
November 2025: Excellent, as always. Very polite & helpful technician this time, too. Today's service was included in the yearly maintenance contract I have. One visit before the summer heat & one visit before the winter cold. Worth it!

I've worked with John and HVAC Express since 2015. They're consistently reliable, punctual and professional. I've experienced working with them on every aspect of AC, from new system installation in two homes to maintenance, traditional central air to mini splits. At every turn, I'm confident in their work and expertise, and could not recommend them more highly!

Hvac express was recommended by a neighbor when we needed help with our emergency repair. They were able to come fast and fix multiple issues we had with our existing system. Their technicians are knowledgeable and helped show me how to maintain and care for our aging system. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

When I called for service, they sent a technician next day. He was prompt, courteous and efficient, diagnosed the problem and replaced my AC thermostat in less than two hours.

HVAC is very effective responsive five star organization. Their workers skills are excellent. They treat the issues professionally and effectively.

Al was very helpful with the leaking issues. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was good before he left. He was also very friendly and communicated all he was doing and why the issue occurs. I have been a customer with HVAC since 2013 with my first property and still use them after I have moved to another house. They are skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and always get the job done and done right.

I’d like to personally give a shout out to Antoine and Nathan for showing up ASAP when I had a situation happened during a roofing build. They were both very professional and knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you guys. Five stars from me!

Al was fantastic to work with ! He went above and beyond to help us get our HVAC system replaced. His service was top notch . His crew that did the install was professional and polite and they cleaned everything up nice and hauled.all.the old parts away. I would recommend this company to anyone ! Top Notch!

The HVAC Express tech came out the next day to check the heating issue. The tech was very thorough at explaining what was going on & repaired it quickly, problem solved. Highly recommended!

The maintenance man for HVAC Express was very polite and informative as to what he was there to do and would verify that the system had been thoroughly inspected and then wrote down any suggested items or procedures that may need to be looked at in the future. I am confident that this company has quality personnel that I can trust.

The guys at HVAC Express have been amazing! They did a full home multi story HVAC install for me recently. We had a city inspector who wanted additional steps taken that aren’t the norm. The guys from HVAC Express came out next day and handled everything. So glad we chose them!

Al was a great! He is friendly and easy to communicate with. I had meetings during the appointment time and he was very kind to be cautious of noise. I'd gladly hire HVAC Express again.
