Today Eddie, Jesus and Juan replaced my plenum ensuring that the mold that was found during my regular service check was addressed. Now I can rest easy knowing there is no mold moving throughout my ducts and into the air in my home. These three guys knew their job and were very professional and courteous. They addressed my concerns and explained to me what they did in a way that I was able to understand. Thank you guys so much.!!!

Aaron did a great job of servicing our system. He was thorough and provided a system maintenance review and some good recommendations.

We have always used Strand Brothers for our HVAC needs and maintenance and have been very pleased with the technicians and the service. We have a maintenance agreement so the cost to have the units serviced was included. Cristhian was very nice and did a thorough job today.

Mr Raciel C of Strand Brothers performed a great maintenance for our HVAC system. I definitely agree that our annual maintenance agreement is worth the money. Service is key especially excellent service.

In 25+ years of using Strand Brothers, I have never had better service than I have with Michael Barrera. He is knowledgeable, polite, neat & tidy, in assuming and very friendly.

Strand has been completely reliable and accessible, during the three years we've enmployed them through our service plan. They generally have knowledgeable techs and have been able to troubleshoot any abnormalities with our two systems.

We've been Advantage members since the summer of 2021 when our old AC unit finally kicked the bucket. The service has been great so far and Strand has always been prompt about repairs an maintenance. It's especially nice to have the same tech (shout out to Amber) do the summer and winter maintenance because they know exactly where to focus their efforts each visit.

We have used Strand for years and we upgraded our system to the Advantage Program. We love it because all maintenance and services are covered and we know we’re not going to have to pay out of pocket for any repairs.

We started having an issue with the system cutting off late in the evening so I called to have them come out. Setting up an appointment online was easy and they came out the next day.

Raciel was our technician. We remember him from a previous service call on our old system. He remembered our house as well. I had explained the issue on the service request and he already had an idea of what the issue was. He went up to our attic to clean out the overflow trap and blew out the line to make sure it was flowing properly. He showed me pictures of the issue and how he cleaned it out and recommendations to keep things clean in between yearly visits.

Raciel is very friendly and helpful and is extremely thorough when doing his job. It’s great to know we are in good hands and that he’ll get the job done right the first time.

We’ve always had a great experience with Strand/Service Experts and would recommend them to everyone.

We have been using Strand Brothers for years. Amber was out today servicing our property. She was super friendly, professional, informative, and thorough. Strand Brothers has been a good company for us fore more than a decade, and they have a great asset working for them with Ms. Amber. If you need service, I recommend Strand Brothers. Cross your fingers that they send Amber out to take care of your property.

We needed some annual maintenance on our HVAC units at work. I chose Strand Brothers based upon their great reviews.
Thankfully, they had Jose Ortiz scheduled to be our Tech. Fortunately, he discovered several unknown issues to us. He worked very hard to resolve and fix everything he could. We are waiting on some quotes from the office for other items that need to be repaired or replaced. Once we receive the quote, I will request Jose to come back to take care of everything. Jose has gone above and beyond my expectations! He was on the 40' tall roof during the heavy down pouring rain one day and 100 plus degree temperatures another day.
Jose is very friendly and informative and gives great customer service. He deserves a Bonus, a Pay Raise and some PTO for his excellent work! He also gets 10 Stars! Thank you Jose!

The team showed up on time and completed the HVAC installation early. Everything was done very well and my house was clean when they left. Much thanks to Jesus, Juan, Eddy, George (Jorge), and Leo for a great job!

This was a Sunday morning emergency visit regarding a kitchen faucet with a sensor light that continuously flashed, and then the main faucet only produced a permanent drip. It would not stop running and the technician was able to reconnect running water that turned off from the faucet. He said I should replace the faucet with a new one. I went to Home Depot and when I returned, the technician was back and ready to install the new faucet. He was very quick and efficient.

Huge fan of Strand Brother! They have been servicing our AC/Heating unit for over 8 years. We have bought a newer unit from them as well. Everyone is super friendly and honest. Tim handled our servicing today and did a brilliant job!

I called to have yearly maintenance done on my Tankless water heater.
Strand brothers Service Experts sent out Rodger Juarez to take care of it.
He was very professional, knowledgeable and very polite.
I got a good report so I’m very happy.

Carlos and his team were super helpful. My water heater stopped working, and they were able to come out the day I called to get an assessment and quote. The very next day I had hot water again after replacing the unit.

Called Strand Brothers Service about our small, Insta Hot , hot water heater quite. Quick response and Ross Parsons arrived. Evaluated and ordered a needed replacement and a date to install. All done effectively and personable. Very happy with our service!
