Mr. Efrain Ortiz has continued setting an example in professionalism, courtesy, and customer care. He communicated his arrival as well as arriving as indicated. His workmanship and technical knowledge are attributes that live up to the name brand of Strand Brothers Services, He is indeed a Service Expert we look forward to serving our church.

Discovered leak at front of garage, which ended up being under slab leak. AB, Race, and Alex were amazing in taking care of multiple issues resulting from that leak. Would highly recommend them and Strand Brothers for any of your plumbing needs. They were beyond thorough and we appreciate all of their hard work!

Seth came this morning to do a maintenance check. He found a few problems which he explained to me in a way I could understand. I agreed to fix the problems now, before they became major problems this summer.
Seth was polite, showed up on time and had my unit in tip top shape very quickly.
I am very pleased with Seth and the service he provided.

I had a great experience with Jude and Malik when having a new shower head and faucet installed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fully explained what was happening. They completed the job exactly when and how they said they would. I previously had an HVAC system installed by Strand and, so far, their service has always been a good experience.

I cannot compliment Amber enough. She was more thorough than any service person we’ve had before, she explained everything she did, she has great communication skills, plus a very outgoing and friendly personality. She is an asset to your company! Thank you for your excellent service, Amber!

Today I received on time, courteous service by Chis Garcia, the service profesional Strand Brothers sent to take care of my winter check up. He kept in contact to update me of his arrival time and once conducted his inspections let me know what was needed to authorize the work. I have peace of mind knowing that if the winter weather makes high demand on the system it can respond and if not I will have emergency service available.

I had my 6 month checkup to make sure the system was in good operating condition.
Amber was my service tech and she was amazing. She explained everything to me that she was doing and answered all of my questions.
At the end she went over everything and made sure I was comfortable with what she did.
Very professional and very comfortable to have in my house.

Ivan, the technician that came out to our house, was very thorough and informative. And even though he bought us bad news about system compressor, he was very thorough regarding how much it would cost to fix. He also provided us with some preventive information about our system and how the system should be maintained going forward.

Michael Barrera was amazing! Professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. He explained the issues in detail and took the time to share pictures and videos, which I really appreciated. He offered multiple solutions, and the pricing was realistic and transparent. We will definitely use them again.

Cannot express highly enough, how happy we are with and satisfied we are with the work and professionalism of Strand Brothers.

We had a very big project in Austin, TX and it was a challenging install, and the crews that they sent over were just phenomenal. You had the install team of. Osiel, Felipe, Leonardo, along with the ductwork team of Jesus, Eddie and Diego. Michael coordinated both teams and made sure the system was properly communicating to the app.

They removed two older inefficient units that were failing and replaced it with a top the line new unit and executed the installation flawlessly.

They left the place spotlessly clean, and we couldn’t be happier with their service and great attitudes!

Highly recommend Strand Brothers, will definitely work with them again in the future for our HVAC needs.

Had routine service done on my AC today and Hunter and Chris went above and beyond. I recently filed for divorce and I've been overwhelmed with the single woman tax. My ex took my bed and my sleeping situation wasn't ideal. The 112lb mattress showed up when they were here and I told them I would pay them $25 each to haul it up the stairs. Hunter smiled and said he would to it for free. As he easily lifted the box up the stairs, I awkwardly burst into tears at his kindness. I will be staying with Strand Brothers for life and highly recommend Hunter and Chris. They did a great job and helped someone out who was struggling. Thank you Strand Brothers!

Tim and Ricky were my service/maintenance personnel who came to my home for my yearly inspection. They were both very informative regarding my units, they provided a lot of information to help. Keep my units running well in addition to other services that I could use in my home. I have no complaints and I am very happy with all of the information and services provided by them. Strand Brothers has serviced my home very well.

Strand installed our HVAC about 5 years ago and it was a good experience. They're straightforward and reliable. Not the cheapest, but quality and cost are sometimes correlated and we believe this is one of those cases. Last week, our AC compressor went out. They scheduled us for a service call that same day (surprising during the holidays) and Efrain came out and diagnosed the problem. He was also the one who installed the replacement part and he was efficient and courteous. The part was under warranty but labor was not (which is standard). The booking and warranty process were simple, other than some redundancy between an email telling me to e-sign the estimate and call the main number to schedule, vs. a different person leaving a voicemail with instructions to call her at a different number to schedule. At any rate, it worked out and Strand remains our first call for HVAC work.

Ivan and Octavio did a great job. Both were professional, completing the motor change quickly. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Peter Bribiesca, my Strand Brothers technician, came to my house this morning (on time!) He did routine inspections of my new HVAC system. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and answered all my questions in an easy-to-understand manner. The service from Strand Brothers, apart from the monthly charge, does not require any further expenditure on my part. Thanks, Peter!

Ivan, Octavio and Michael were so professional and fantastic. I knew exactly when they would arrive, they were respectful of the space and they explained everything to me as they did it which was really cool. I can highly recommend them!

I had a very good experience with strand brothers tech Raciel Castillo and Michael Chaney today. Raciel arrived first and did a thorough inspection on my hvac unit inside and out explaining everything to me. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. Michael arrived a little later and between the two of them, I felt that I was getting expert advice. I'm looking forward to my hvac replacement feel I'm in good hands.

I use the Strand Brothers for their annual maintenance plan. They’ve come and checked out my HVAC this past winter and again this week to make sure everything is running properly. The guys who have come out have been incredibly nice and professional. Most recently it was Octavio, Ivan, and Hunter.

Octavio & Ivan were outstanding and addressed our issue immediately. They came up with a long-term plan and will be servicing our unit from this point forward. I highly recommend them both and recommend Strand Brothers’ services to anyone needing excellent care of their AC units.

Jackson did a great job at my scheduled maintance visit as part of my membership. He called, was there on time, went through my options and explained them all to me. Really appreciate the fast and thorough service that makes me feel better about heading into summer.
